Upbeat
Upbeat is a preventative resource to help boys aged 13-16 develop a healthier approach to their emotional wellbeing. The six-session course was developed by the Youth and Children's Ministries unit, in partnership with Youthscape. This stack contains all the session resources needed to run the Upbeat course.
