Mappy Food Shaping an omni-channel Food Tourism Experience
• Omni-channel Marketing • Digital Strategy
• Product Development
• User Experience Research • Android Studio
• Growth Hacking Mappy Food has been the first Food-based
tourism platform developed in Italy. The main
goal of the company was to promote the italian local food specialties and get discovered from the tourists in a brand new way.
The project has seen 90 firms involved and more than 10.000 organic downloads in less
than 3 years. The reason of this quick success
was the omni-channel experience which has
been offered to the tourists of the Cinque Terre Area.
This omni-channel experience mainly included an app to help tourists discover the content they were looking for, a tourist map which helped the app’s download with a low cost acquisition and drive qualified leads to the companies involved in the project.

Re-imagine a user-oriented and targeted website. • User Experience Design • User Interface Design
• Front-end Development • Data Analysis
• Persona Development • Growth Hacking
Crytek requested my support to entirely
redesign the old company’s website which was
developed 10 years ago without any user experience design process with a new product
more targeted for a young audiance and optimised for all the devices to improve the
Customer Experience and the lifetime value of each user.
Starting with an analysis based on the data coming from the website, I started developing user personas, mainly based on researches and interviews to crytek’s fans. After collecting the
necessary information I went forward with the redesign process studying and designing the
entire user experience process with many different ideas which were tested on a
prototype and once confirmed, I started to design the user interface which has been
developed thanks to the collaboration of the internal

Pop.it was a domain and hosting provider which
has been selected to be accellerated on a startup program in Nana Bianca, one of the most reknown italian startup accelerators.
My main responsabilities during two years of
work firstly were to analyze the previous website to find useful information before start designing the new user-optimised platform.
Thanks to the results the platform has obtained
and especially thanks to job of all the team, the startup has been sold to Aruba.net, the biggest italian domain and hosting provider.

Thanks to a synched connection with a specific

“When you’re good at your job, you’re in tune with the customer, and they’re in tune with the team. You’ve built a rapport and everyone is excited to collaborate and work together, even when changes crop up unexpectedly, because you’ve built that trust, and you work as one unit instead of several, separate teams. Being a part of that — knowing that you helped get the team to a high-performing place and that the customer is happy and your team feels good — that’s a great job.”
Thanks for watching! I hope you appreciated the reading!
