fannie mae SO, WHAT DID I DO?! space planning conceptual designs SD, DD, CD, Submittals/RFI’s (aka: all of it) ff&e selections design presentation production client relations & coordination consultant relations & cordination approved BOM’s ranging from $500,000 - $29,500,000 Yes - over 29 milllion (it’s insanity, I know...) created & issued furniture specifications punchlisting on-sites and issuing related reports saved Fannie Mae over $700,000 (how? ask me!)

Right after graduating college I started working and was emmersed in the workplace redesign and restructuring of Fannie Mae. The best part of working on this project was that I as a junior designer was able to really be involved in all the stages of the design process. Three years and we are still going through CA’s, RFI’s and submittals. It has allowed me to work on space planning, Bids, choose and create FF&E specifications, create client relationships, work with consultants and design partnerships, create endless design presentations, approve BOM’s and the list can really go on and on. Lucky would be the best word to use for how I feel towards working on the Fannie Mae workplace transformation. It is a once in a lifetime project for size, recognition and budget.
