The kettlebell is a piece of strength-training equipment made from cast iron with a U-shaped handle on it. Incorporating kettlebells into your fitness routine is the perfect challenge for your body to build strength, increase stamina, and promote flexibility.

Step 1

Make sure to choose a kettlebell that’s the proper weight for your body. Many trainers suggest women can begin with an 18-pound kettlebell, but beginner kettlebells are available at weights as low as six pounds.

Act as if you are preparing to sit on a chair and then bend over to clutch the kettlebell. Keep your eyes focused forward and maintain a slight arch in your back. Your thighs should be parallel to the ground.

Dr. Jozkowski says: “When women exercise they tend to feel better about themselves whether or not they’ve lost weight, gained weight, are big or small or whatever, large breasts or small breasts. [You can say] ‘I feel good about my body because I’m doing healthy things for it.’” 1. Take a Yoga Class! Yoga improves flexibility and posture, and it strengthens your muscles. Plus, it helps you slow down and tune into your body, so you can stretch your way to loving the way you look as fast as you can say “Downward Dog.” 2. Go For a Run Studies have shown running can reduce your chances of getting the common cold and even cancer. Additionally, adults who exercise on a regular basis are usually happier than those who don’t. So crack a smile, throw on some sneaks and get to sprinting! 3. Take a Spinning Class Want to be a lean, mean, biking machine? Spinning is for you! Spinners can burn 500 to 800 calories in only 45 minutes. It’s also a great way to build up your (ahem) stamina. 4. Take a Hike! Research shows that hiking in the countryside can reduce depression and boost self-esteem. So throw together some trail mix, grab a water bottle and take a breath of fresh air. 5. 22. Get a Haircut Need a change, but not sure where to start? A haircut is the perfect way to switch up your style and feel amazing. In fact, individuals should actually get haircuts every 5-7 weeks to ensure healthy locks and avoid breakage. 23. Watch a Happy Movie Watching a movie that gives you a warm, fuzzy feeling inside is the perfect way to instantaneously feel better.

Now’s the time to take her up on her offer! Studies show women with a healthy dating life have higher selfesteem. So take a sick day, sleep in and get handsy with yourself! 38. Open a Dialogue Toys in the bedroom are a great way to zest up your sex life. A positive outlook often leads to a positive outcome, in the boardroom and in the bedroom. 45. Give a Compliment. Dr. Jozkowski says, “A lot of women don’t feel confident and feel insecure about their weight, their looks, their body size or even their genitals.” Want to get an instant beauty boost, without an ounce of makeup? Give your best friend a call and let her know how beautiful she is! You’ll make her day, and you’ll feel amazing yourself. 46. Shift Perspective Instead of asking yourself “How good can I look?”, Dr. Jozkowski suggests asking yourself, “How good can I feel?” After all ladies, beauty radiates from the inside out! 47. Recognize That You Deserve Pleasure Psychologists claim that acknowledging you are deserving of pleasure is a key element in feeling fulfilled and happy. So give yourself the okay, and pick up that vibrator or erotic novel and enjoy it shamelessly!

48. Make a List of Positive Qualities You’re a catch, so act like it! Make a list of all your favorite things about yourself including skills, experiences, body parts, personality traits and anything else about you that radiates magnificence. Add to the list the compliments others have given you as well. Reminding yourself of your assets is a confidence booster, and confidence is sexy! 49. Get Spiritual Studies indicate meditation can lead to lower levels of stress and anxiety, which can ultimately diminish the probability of heart disease.
