Layout of Tier Tower Tier Tower will be broken into four separate sections. There will be a main lobby with a reception hall, studio apartments, condominiums and finally penthouse suites. This will give Tier Tower many different dynamics and bring a wide variety of individuals through its doors.

Lobby & Reception Hall Here will be the main lobby within Tier Tower which will include a reception hall. This will welcome in residence as well as hold large events coming to town.
Studio Apartments From floors 2-8 there would be studio apartments. They would be one bedroom and bathroom with a full kitchen. These apartments would be aimed at a young professional just out of college.

Condominiums From floors 9-16 there would be condominiums. They would be two bedroom and bathroom with a full kitchen and living room. These apartments would be aimed at a new family moving to the area wanting to have a short commute to work.
