Notice of Public Hearing Town of Swanton, VT The Town of Swanton, Vermont recently completed a project utilizing funds secured from a State of Vermont Implementation Grant under the Vermont Community Development Program (VCDP). The project was accomplished in conjunction with the Housing Foundation, Inc. (HFI) of Montpelier, Vermont. Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Swanton Town Offices, 1 Academy Street in Swanton, Vermont on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at 7:05 p.m. to close out the grant and to inform the public of the results of this project and to give members of the public the opportunity to examine and comment on the use of these funds. The Town was awarded $375,000 in VCDP Funds which were used to accomplish the following activities: (1) Acquisition of the 32-lot (4.45 acres+/-) Roy’s Mo-

bile Home Park on Middle Road in Swanton by HFI and (2) The retention and upgrade of Roy’s Mobile Home Park by HFI.
