FEDERAL ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION Enosburg Falls Hydroelectric Project (FERC No. 2905) Notice of FERC Filing with Revised Date for Comments to TLP The Village of Enosburg Falls, Vermont, (Licensee) Licensee for the Enosburg Falls Hydroelectric Project (“Project”). Filed on April 30, 2018 with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) a Notice of Intent (NOI); a Pre-Application Document (PAD); and a request to use the Commission’s Traditional Licensing Process (TLP) for the Project. The Project is comprised of two hydroelectric developments - Village Plant and Kendall Plant, with a combined capacity of 0.975 megawatt (MW). The Project (FERC No. 2905) is operated under an existing license from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission or FERC), which expires on April 30, 2023. Pursuant to the requirements of 18
CFR §5.3(d)(2), The Licensee published notice of these filings in this newspaper on April 227 and 30, 2018. The following Information is available to the public: Summary of Documents 1. The April 30, 2018 NOI, notifies the Commission of the Licensee’s unequivocal intent to prepare and file an application for a new or subsequent license or an exemption from licensing for the Project. 2. The PAD, which will be filed on or before April 30, 2018, provides existing and reasonably available information about the Project, including relevant engineering, environmental, operational, and economic information. 3. The request to use the TLP provides justification for use of the TLP as the most efficient, effective, and least burdensome process for all parties and agencies interested. In this relicensing proceeding. The flexible nature and timelines of the TLP will allow the Licensee to work cooperatively with resource agencies and others to identify and evaluate resource areas of interest. The TLP will also facilitate cooperation by the License with the Village of Swanton’s relicensing efforts regarding the Highgate Falls Hydroelectric Project, FERC Project No. 2457. For example, the Licensee and Swanton intend to coordinate the conduct of environmental studies/assessments this Summer/Fall for the establishment of a base-line of data on the water, fishery and wildlife resources of the Missisquoi River as affect by the two projects. Comments on The Licensee’s Request to use TLP. Revised Comment Date. In accordance with 18 CFR §5.3(d)(2), comments regarding The Licensee’s request to use the TLP must be filed with the Commission no later than May 30, 2018. Comments should clearly refer to “ Enosburg Falls Hydroelectric Project, Project (FERC No. 2905).” Comments regarding The Licensee’s request to use the TLP should address the following, as appropriate to the circumstances of the request: 1. The likelihood of timely license issuance 2. The complexity of the resource issues 3. The level of anticipated controversy 4. The relative costs of the TLP compared to the Commission’s Integrated Licensing Process 5. The amount of available information and the potential for significant disputes over studies 6. Other factors believed by the commenter to be pertinent Respondents must submit an electronic filing pursuant to 18 CFR §385.2003(c) or an original and eight copies of their comments to: Office of the Secretary Federal Energy Regulatory Commission 888 First Street, N.E. Washington, DC 20426 All correspondence should reference FERC Project No. 2905 in the heading. Copies of the NOI, PAD, and Request to use the TLP are available for review at the Commission in the Public Reference Room or may be viewed on the Commission’s website

It’s against the law to discriminate when advertising housing related activities. Particularly on sites like Craigslist. And it’s easier to break the law than you might think. You can’t say “no children” or “adults only.” There is lots you can’t say. The federal government is watching for such discrimination. BIGAR’S STARS HOROSCOPES By JACQUELINE BIGAR - 5/04/18
The Stars Show the Kind of Day You’ll Have: 5-Dynamic; 4-Positive; 3-Average; 2-So-so; 1-Difficult ARIES (March 21-April 19) **** You have a lot on your mind, which could be affecting various aspects of your life. Understand what is happening between you and an authority figure. Even though things seem heated right now, given time, you will work through the issue at hand. Tonight: Easy works. TAURUS (April 20-May 20) ***** You will be on top of a personal matter. It might be important to detach and take the long-range perspective. Try to avoid making any choices just yet. You are likely to figure out what needs to happen by observing and relaxing. Tonight: Choose a favorite stress-buster. GEMINI (May 21-June 20) **** You could be in a situation that isn’t likely to be easily resolved. How you handle a personal matter could be determined by the events that play out over the next few days. Keep smiling, and make the most of what is happening. Tonight: Be direct with a loved one. CANCER (June 21-July 22) *** Pressure could be unusually high. The perfectionist in you wants everything to turn out just right. However, with so many responsibilities to handle, you could be feeling stressed. You might want to simplify or postpone a commitment. Tonight: Remain upbeat and optimistic. LEO (July 23-Aug. 22) **** Stay clearheaded and centered. You have what it takes to make a situation work. Getting a difficult person to move off his or her position might not be doable. Bypass the issue, if possible. Trust that this person will see the light of day when he or she is ready. Tonight: Get some rest. VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22) **** Defer to friends, especially if you feel as if you can’t get certain situation under control. Recognize the part of you that prefers some chaos and a little less control. A relationship builds with fewer restraints and demands. You have a lot to smile about! Tonight: Let it all hang out. LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22) **** You might feel as if a blast from your past is heading your way, or will soon. You could have a difficult time getting into the moment, as your mind seems to drift to the past few days. Stay close to home, and flow with the moment. Tonight: At a favorite place with favorite people. SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21) **** A call might be very difficult to make, but necessary. Opting out is not the way to go. Trust in your ability to work through what many people cannot. Your sense of direction and desire to touch base with an older friend dominates. Tonight: At a relished, long-loved haunt! SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21) **** Investigate a big opportunity, even if you initially see it as a serious risk. Weigh the pros and cons before deciding what to do. No matter how you dress up a situation, it might be very different at the core. You could be pleasantly surprised. Tonight: Just let it all happen. CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19) ***** You beam while others seem very serious-minded. You accept what could be a very difficult situation. Question less. You will witness someone reveal a lot more than he or she had intended to. Hard work and diligence will pay off for you. Tonight: Trust in your priorities. AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18) **** Your positive, forward-looking attitude allows you the flexibility to turn a situation around. You could be stunned by what your drive and consistency bring forth. A reversal can be used to improve a situation. Detach and look for the key. Tonight: Consider a good night’s sleep. PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20) ***** You might find that someone really wants to connect with you but doesn’t know how. In any case, what occurs could be memorable for both of you. A friend might become a lot more, as you realize his or her emotional effect on your well-being. Tonight: Relax with your friends.
