NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BAKERSFIELD TOWN HALL August 6, 2012 7:05 pm The sketch plan review for the Pat and Jim Lintereur minor subdivision was unanimously approved at the planning commission meeting June 4, 2012. The final plat hearing for the minor subdivision proposed by the Lintereurs will take place at 7:05 pm at the Bakersfield town office August 6, 2012. The Lintereurs proposal before subdivision is 35 +/- acres; after subdivision the lots will be 10.1 and 25 +/- acres. The property is located in the rural district of Bakersfield at 2592 East Bakersfield RD. Additional information about this proposal can be obtained in the planning commission file located at the town office. Participation in this public hearing is required in order to have the right to appeal. If you are unable to attend August 6 interested parties must send a letter to the planning commission (c/o the town clerk) indicating your interest in the hearing. Interested parties can also send a personal representative to the meeting. The preliminary plat hearing for the major subdivision proposed by Harmon and Janet Mayo will be held August 6, 2012 at 7:05 PM. This subdivision is located in the highdensity district of Bakersfield, VT. The proposal is to create 3 lots from the existing 2 lots.
