Compounding Team Leader – Night Shift (Sunday, Monday & Tuesday 7pm to 7am) Autumn Harp seeks a talented individual who will report to the Compounding Manager as a member of the Compounding Team. The ideal candidate will be quality-minded, dependable, have a positive and team oriented attitude, with strong problem solving abilities. Compounders ensure that all products are batched according to the manufacturing instructions provided. The Team Leader will plan and direct performance of staff: motivate employees, assist in goal setting, provide development opportunities and performance feedback, address complaints and resolve problems, comply with policies, procedures, and quality standards as well as safety and environmental regulations, recommends changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase the efďŹ ciency of the team. This candidate should have a higher education beyond high school within a science ďŹ eld; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Warehouse Clerk Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this person will be responsible for making sure orders get picked correctly and deliveries get out on time. The right candidate will have the ability to communicate well – both externally and internally; be a team player with a strong work ethic; ability to work productively and independently is essential. Must be detailed-oriented, highly organized and have previous experience in all warehouse activities including inventory control, LTL shipping systems data entry, international shipping documentation process, lot/serial control and general reporting functions.
