The Serene is a high-rise beachfront Condominium, containing 39 floors with 2 facilities floors and 240 parking lots.

Jomtien Beach is known as a beautiful beach on east coast of Thailand and also known as significant tourist attraction. Concept of the Serene is to make a calm habitat on this chaotic beach.

Hat Yai Bus Terminal 1 is Hat Yai’s Transportation hub. Located in the downtown of Songkla. There is a hub for an intercity bus and also regional van.

The purpose is to design a functional and social transportation hub in Songkla by using the potential of land, and to make a memorable city landmark by using aluminium facade with triangle voids which refer to a flow of transportation.
