At a very young age, I was instinctively drawn to the built environment for its artistic expression backed with logics and rationale. It was the intergration of both the abstract concepts and the technical resolution of the built environment that I felt to be a beautiful medium for contributing to impactful change.

Architecture is powerful for its careful adaptation and changeability. It is imperative to embrace architecture for its holistic consideration to communities of varying cultures and contexts. I find one of the most fulfilling experiences to be seeking sensitive and respectful application of innovative solutions due to my strong passion to help and advance communities.

I have particular interest in the architectural impact on the urban fabrics across different cultures and contexts through exploration and research on the macro scale. Having had the opportunity to study abroad in Canada, learning about the intricate urban networks of Toronto has allowed me to view my own hometown Brisbane critically. Thus, I am excited to be a part of Brisbane’s growing urban changes in the near future.
