Erykah Badu, Grammy™ award-winning singer-songwriter and performance artist, launched her nationwide “Unfollow Me” Tour in San Antonio, TX AT&T Center. Badu made good on her promise to take on a sonic and sensory journey as the show features fan favorite music and a spectacular light show, amid a surrealistic setting. The show is a celebration of art, culture, light, love with the entire arena activating from the force.
"You can expect us to become one living breathing organism,” said Badu when asked what fans can expect. “You'll receive my sincerest, purest love. I love what I do and I love doing it for you," she added.
The tour, which aligns with the 50th anniversary of hip hop, pairs the ultimate B-girl with Rapper yasiin bey* (maintain lower case spelling), one of hip-hop's most contemplative and perceptive performers. Both Badu and yasiin celebrate the moral, social, and spiritual principles that inform and inspire hip hop ways of being.
The concerts, held predominantly in arenas, are produced by Outback Presents. The tour runs through 25 cities including: Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, New York and Dallas through July 23, 2023 A.D.

Young and talented award-winning mariachi vocalists from throughout the nation will come together for a grand performance during the Mariachi Extravaganza Summer Recital. The recital includes finalists and winners from the 28th Annual Mariachi Extravaganza National Vocal Competition and participants from the Mariachi Extravaganza Summer Camp. Nayelli Peña, Grand Champion Vocal winner from Grulla, Texas and Dayanara Salinas from Roma, Texas, will be featured as soloists along with dozens more. The highlight of the show is 50 young mariachi vocalists, adorned in traditional mariachi trajes and Mexican-influenced dresses, singing as a choir in a breathtaking performance. While partaking in one of Mexico’s oldest traditions, these young artists offer a refreshing take on mariachi in a unique recital that is packed with culture, elegance and excitement.
