Samuel B. stands behind every piece of jewelry sold. Samuel B. offers a One-Year Limited Warranty on all pieces, which includes free resizing and repairs. Each piece sold also includes a Samuel B. pouch, polish cloth, and hand-tag.

OPENING ORDER REQUIREMENTS

Get acquainted with the quality and craftsmanship of Samuel B. jewelry with your first ‘no minimum’ purchase order. To receive full partnership benefits and customized displays, we require a minimum order of just $5,000. We have no minimum requirement for reorders.

ADVERTISING CO-OP

Samuel B. offers 50/50 advertising co-op of up to 2.5% of sales. Our in-house design team offers custom graphics for partnership usage online and in print. Samuel B. must approve all co-op materials.

TRUNK SHOWS

Samuel B. will participate in Retail Store Trunk Shows. We supply jewelry to showcase, and offer customized promotional materials such as duratrans, posters, counter cards, etc.

MARKETING MATERIALS FOLDER

Our media center allows 24-hour access to downloadable high-resolution brand assets, images, logos, product videos, etc. These can all be accessed from the brand assets folder while logged into your account at wholesale.samuelb.com which you can use for social media, your website, or print marketing.

Samuel B. offers the most retailer friendly stock balancing program in the industry. We want to ensure that you have the best possible assortment of our product in your store, and encourage you to stock balance whenever you feel a certain product or collection is not the right fit. No RA# or minimum shelf time required.

IN-STOCK & READY TO SHIP

Samuel B. stocks all styles that you see in this catalog. From time to time a style may briefly be sold out while on reorder from our workshop. In these instances the item will be back-ordered and any associated shipping fees for the back-ordered style will be waived.

SAME DAY SHIPPING & FREE SHIPPING ON BACK ORDERS

Most orders placed before noon eastern time will ship out on the very same day, very large orders, or orders with custom sizing requests will sometimes take longer to ship. In these instances we suggest that you call us to expedite your order if it is time sensitive. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is ready to ship.
