The 2.68 acres includes the beautiful gardens (some of which are community) that surround the house, only adding to the charm of the estate. House rentals include use of upper lawn areas.

PARK/PICNIC SITE RENTALS
The Town of San Anselmo offers picnic areas that may be reserved. All reservations are processed on a first come, first serve basis. NOTE: Robson Park currently does not have restroom facilities.
MEMORIAL PARK RENTALS:
Large Group Area (7 picnic tables/2 bbqs) 4 hr increments: $176/$156 SA residents Small Group Area (4 picnic tables/1 bbq) 4 hr increments: $124/$116 SA residents

MEMORIAL PARK TENNIS KEYS
