Narcotics Violation, Possession of Burglary Tools

Officer out of patrol unit observed two male subjects dressed in black and wearing backpacks in the 100 blk. Henderson; subjects fled from the officer but were apprehended in the 100 blk. Albany; investigation discovered one male subject was in possession of methamphetamines and tools modified to easily enter locked doors and vehicles. 12/6/2022 100 blk. Albany

Theft (shoplifting)

Male subject loaded multiple bottles of high-priced wines in a grocery basket; the subject presented a unrelated receipt to a cashier who thought it was for the wine; subject left the store. 12/5/2022 4800 blk. Broadway

Possession/Abuse of an Abusable Aerosol Paint, Driving While Impaired

Driver of a vehicle that ran off the road and crashed into a fence and house was found to be under the influence of an abusable chemical (aerosol paint) by inhaling the fumes. 11/12/2022 100 blk. Tuxedo

Unlawfully Carry Weapon and Narcotics

Male subject involved in a reported disturbance was found to have an active arrest warrant issued by Travis County for Aggravated Sexual Assault w/ Child, tablets disguised as candy, marijuana and related paraphernalia showing evidence of being used to ingest marijuana; also discovered was a loaded semi-auto pistol and additional high-capacity loaded magazines. 11/8/2022 4900 blk.
