Calais Winery

Offering premium wines and an intimate tasting experience, Calais Winery combines excellence with expression of quality when making our Texas wines. Started in Dallas in 2008, the winery evolved out of Benjamin Calais’ enjoyment of winemaking and desire to craft and share exceptional wines. The new winery was built as a traditional “wine cave” dug into the side of a hill outside of Hye, TX.

The Texas Wine Collective, located on the renowned 290 Wine Trail in the Texas Hill Country, is where you will find authentic hospitality showcased at our modern farm-style estate. An experienced team of Texas wine educators will guide you through our wines and the stories that make them unique.

Becker Vineyards

The winery is the largest purchaser of French and American Oak barrels in the state of Texas. The production and bottling operation is a year-round process. Our “state of the art” Italian designed bottling equipment was customized just for Becker Vineyards and processes 55 bottles per minute.
