RECREATIONAL CLUB FOR DDAclubhouse caters all of these needs of DDA employees and creates a THESIS Aspace for them to beat stress from working overtime in exhausting situa-

tions, and creates an opportunity for them to bond with each other which can build long term connections in return.


A space is either public or private based on (a) its accessibility and (b) the sense of ownership (either physically or mentally) it gives its occupants. Therefore, even if private and public spaces are distinguished by their sense of ownership and ease of entry, it is important to remember that public space still has an impact on the built environment around it in terms of form and function.


Site Analysis



Concept



Section The club has been designed to be self sufficient in terms of lighting and cooling. The sensitivity towards the climate and topography has been emphasized to achieve proper shading in open areas and catching diffused light and throwing it inside the block.


Both the social aspect and privacy factor has been efficiently taken care of as the spaces open to the same shared spaces but also open to separate peaceful gathering areas, transforming itself naturally to offer serve multi persona.

Samruddhi Parkway is a Group Housing Project done for the client Vinay Constructions. It’s an ongoing project done on a site area of 2 acres with the use of alternate construction type known as mivan construction.

SHUI CONCEPT

•CHI- IS A GOOD ENERGY FLOW BETWEEN OBJETS AND WITHIN SPACES. •IN AUSPICIOUS (UNLUCKY) ENERGY IS CALLED KILLING BREATH •LUCKY ENERGY LINES TRAVEL IN A CURVED, WANDERING PATTERN. •THE UNEVERY LINES THAT CREATE KILLING BREATH ARE STRAIGHT AND SHARP, POINTED OBJECTS WHICH ARE REFERRED TO AS POISON ARROWS. •SHARP CORNERS, POINTY ROOF ANGLES, EVEN OUTSIDE ELECTRICAL POLES, OR EXPOSED OVERHEAD BEAMS ARE ALL CONSIDERED POISNOUS.

THE CONCEPT OF PLACE IS IMPORTANT IN MOST DESIRABLE VIEW TOWARDS N-W AND S-E FENG SHUI.
