Site zoning map
intense transition road map Site is located in the heart of our city surat near lal darwaja station road and in the most busy streets of the city. It has got all types of building near it from commerical buildings, mix use buildings, hotels, residential buldings, hospitals, and tranport facilities. The famous infinity tower, bismilah food shop are located near the site.
Exciting situation of site
Chaotic and congested parking, difficilty in two wheeler parking ,less space for staff parking, not enough coolies resting space Less car parkings, due to which the prices of car parking are high Difficulty in movement. Surat is the fastest deleveloping city in the world. Hence people easily adapt to new develpments.Hence, my stand is to pr ovide a multi level parking which reduces the chaos, congestion, organisation, and e ase in circulation.

In a recirculating system, the source of water is an irrigation tank which is eithe r remote-controlled or directly undernea th the green wall. The irrigation tank is filled manually on a regular basis to pro vide an adequate supply of irrigation wa ter. Water is pumped from the tank to th te e green wall. Water is distributed to the plants in the wall. Gravity pulls excess water downward. Excess drainage water collects at the bottom of the wall and is f ed back to the tank. This water is then u sed over and over (recirculates).

University by The Holocaust survivors in the 1960s (Group of 4) Jerusalem, Israel The past is full of darkness, and what truly defines someone is their perspective during these times. The Jewish people teach us that we need to look at the positives no matter h ow bad the situation. In order to thrive in any environme nt, we need to find meaning in life. In order to find mean ing, we first need to connect with nature. The Jewish people have gone through numerous atrocities which has made the ir sense of community even stronger. hence, Harmony in Co existence. Each building has a unique identity which sets th em apart from the other buildings while being a part of the whole. Three holocaust survivors, Samuel Bak, Ishztak Ster n and Victor Frankl come together to build a university.
