Sandberg A/S is a family business founded in 1985 by brothers Martin Hollerup and Erling Hoff Petersen, who today form the management of the company together with younger brother Anders Partida Petersen. We cannot promise to be 100% perfect.

If a product has 1% or more defectives (RMA + DOA), we will need to change, update or EOL the product to become minimum 99% perfect.

But we go for 99% perfect – at least. That leaves us up to 1% to learn from. We register RMAs, error descriptions, Helpdesk usage, stock flow, logistic counts and all other types of feedback to constantly improve on product level and rating as supplier. Our product team works all the time with our subcontractors and statistics specialists to constantly push user experiences to the next level.

Max 1% helpdesk need All users shall be able to use our products without special skills. If 1% or more need help for a product, we will improve the product or documentation.

Max 1% backorders Availability is core to a flowing business and good experiences through the channel. 1% or more of the SKUs in backorder means we need to up our game!
