Sanders’ business concept is offering high quality, branded short stay accommodation to the market. This includes quality furniture (and particularly high-quality beds and pillows to ensure a good night’s sleep) and quality service. Sanders is offering a 4 star hotel equivalent as a short stay offering. Each property will have a number of physical touch points in the local area. Café, restaurant, gym, pool, tennis and other activities. Sanders will build a network of commercial agreements in order to provide food, beverage and other services for our travellers in real environments with real people. Travellers will be able to include breakfast as an option in their stay – they will just need to walk down the street and eat at a cozy local café surrounded by locals and in a local environment.
Travellers will check in before arrival at the property, much the same as people are used to checking in for flights before they arrive at the airport. This means that there is no time or hassle with passport copies and annoying forms when you arrive at your destination. Travellers and their families can immediately relax. Through simple and convenient bespoke Sanders technology, it is possible for people to seamlessly check in and get access to their property. Some travellers do, however, like the personal contact to reception on check-in. There may be some practical questions that they would like to ask. Sanders continues to build the largest virtual reception in the world. Each Sanders property has an electronic tablet which is our communication portal to the guests. Travellers need to log into the tablet on arrival to get wifi access and for all practical information about the property, local guest relations offerings etc. Travellers will have the choice to check in via virtual reception in their native language. Sanders team of receptionists will be waiting to welcome the guests, make them feel comfortable in the property and answer any questions that they may have. The virtual reception is located in Malaga and combined with Sanders traveller communication centre. Travellers can choose which receptionist they would like to speak with.
