Mr Trump’s legal team contended he had been engaged in a “standard giveand-take” with the National Archives over the return of his files when the search warrant was executed. “There is no question... that the matters before this court centre around the possession, by a president, of his own presidential records,” says the court filing.

Lawyers for Donald Trump have argued that the storage of sensitive files at his Florida home “should have never been cause for alarm”. His legal team said the FBI search this month was “unprecedented, unnecessary, and legally unsupported”. Their filing comes on the eve of a court hearing about Mr Trump’s call for a third-party official to oversee the evidence taken from Mar-a-Lago. Officials say the search was necessary due to obstruction by the Trump team. The 19-page legal filing posted by the former president’s team on Wednesday night did not respond to the justice department claims of obstruction. Upon leaving office, US presidents must transfer all of their documents and emails to the National Archives, which maintains historic White House records.
“Under his leadership, PJM has established a clear path for defining the grid operator’s role in the transition to a cleaner, more efficient grid while maintaining reliable electric service,” the White House said. Asthana has extensive leadership experience in the energy industry in the areas of power generation operations, optimisation and dispatch, competitive retail electricity, electricity and natural gas trading, and risk management. He is a member of the Electricity Subsector Coordinating Council and serves on the Board of Trustees of Texas Children’s Hospital, the White House added.
EA Minister S Jaishankar and Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal are scheduled to visit the United States this month for various multilateral and bilateral meetings as New Delhi accelerates its engagement with the world post-Ukraine war. Jaishankar would primarily travel to New York to attend and address the annual General Assembly session of the United Nations. On its sidelines, he will be holding a series of bilateral meetings, the details of which are still being worked out. The focus of India’s engagement this year at the United Nations would be the reform of the UN Security Council, counter-terrorism, peacekeeping, climate change and issues of food security and supply chain which have become critical in the wake of the Ukrainian war.

Shares of major chipmakers Nvidia and AMD have fallen amid concerns of new US restrictions on the sale of artificial intelligence chips to China.
Nvidia says the US government requires a new licence, effective immediately, to address the risk of chips being “used in, or diverted to a ‘military end use’... in China and Russia”. There are fears the rule could lead to millions of dollars in lost revenue.

US life expectancy falls to lowest level since 1996 US life expectancy has fallen to the lowest level seen since 1996, continuing a steep decline largely driven by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Government data showed life expectancy at birth now stands at 76.1 compared to 79 in 2019. That is the steepest two-year decline in a Covid-19century. was the main contributing factor, according to US Centres for Disease Control and Prevention data. The statistics show that Covid-19 accounted for 50% of the decline between 2020 and 2021. Between 2019 and 2020, the pandemic contributed to 74% of the decline.
The new restrictions are a “gut punch for Nvidia”, Dan Ives of Wedbush Securities told. The US Commerce Department told the BBC it was “not in a position to outline specific policy changes at this time”. “We are taking a comprehensive approach to implement additional actions necessary related to technologies, end-uses, and end-users to protect US national security and foreign policy interests,” a Commerce Department spokesperson said. “This includes preventing China’s acquisition and use of US technology in the context of its military-civil fusion program to fuel its military modernisation efforts, conduct human rights abuses, and enable other malign activities.” Nvidia said the new licence requirement would hit exports of its A100 and H100 chips, which are designed to speed up machine learning tasks, and the systems which include them.

In a landmark report, the United Nations has outlined “credible” reports of discriminatory detention and torture against Uyghur people in the far-west region of Xinjiang. The United Nations Human Rights Office says China’s discriminatory detention of Uyghurs in Xinjiang may constitute “crimes against humanity.”
EU Russia: Bloc toughens visa regime but no ban European Union foreign ministers have agreed to suspend a visa agreement with Moscow, making it harder for Russian citizens to obtain entry to the bloc Ukraine and some member states had called for a blanket ban, but others like France and Germany were opposed. More than a million Russian citizens have travelled to the EU since the invasion of Ukraine in February. Several eastern EU countries which border Russia are expected to impose further Russianrestrictions.DeputyForeign Minister Alexander Glushko said the EU was “shooting itself in the foot” and the move would not go unanswered. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba criticised the decision as a “With“half-measure”.regardto Russia [this] is exactly what led to the large-scale invasion of February 24th,” he said.
In a landmark report released on Wednesday — roughly one year in the making — the UN rights office concluded that Uyghurs and people of other Muslim groups in Xinjiang were deprived of their fundamental rights from 2017 to 2019, and potentially “Allegationsthereafter. of patterns of torture or ill-treatment, including forced medical treatment and adverse conditions of detention, are credible,” the report said.
China has long been accused by Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch and other groups of detaining more than one million Uyghurs in the far-western Xinjiang region. The new UN report said the situation “requires urgent attention by the government, the United Nations intergovernmental bodies and human rights system, as well as the international community more broadly.”
The Solomon Islands has temporarily halted all naval visits after failing to grant access to US and UK ships earlier this month. Honiara said the vessels had not sought access in time, and this prompted a review of arrival procedure. But the move marks a departure from routine and has raised concerns about China’s influence. Honiara signed a security pact with Beijing in April, sparking alarm among US allies and other Pacific islands. On Tuesday, Prime Minister Manasseh Sogavare issued a statement clarifying “misinformation” in media reports on the US and UK boats. He said both ships - the US Coast Guard Cutter (USGC) Oliver Henry and the HMS Spey - had failed to be granted approvals in time because of a delay in paperwork.
Mikhail Gorbachev,S. reformist Soviet Leader, is dead at 91
Another woman was jailed for 34 years over her Twitter activity on 9 August.
In little more than six tumultuous years, Gorbachev lifted the Iron Curtain, decisively altering the political climate of the world Mikhail S. Gorbachev, whose rise to power in the Soviet Union set in motion a series of revolutionary changes that transformed the map of Europe and ended the Cold War that had threatened the world with nuclear annihilation, has died in Moscow. He was 91. His death was announced on Tuesday by Russia’s state news agencies, citing the city’s central clinical hospital. The reports said he had died after an unspecified “long and grave illness.” Few leaders in the 20th century, indeed in any century, have had such a profound effect on their time.
Pakistan floods are ‘a monsoon on steroids’, warns UN chief Pakistan is facing “a monsoon on steroids”, the UN’s secretary general has warned, after floods submerged a third of the country. Antonio Guterres urged the world to come to Pakistan’s aid as he launched a $160m appeal to help the tens of millions affected in the disaster. He blamed “the relentless impact of epochal levels of rain and flooding”. At least 1,136 people have been killed since June and roads, crops, homes and bridges washed away across the country. This year’s record monsoon is comparable to the devastating floods of 2010 - the deadliest in Pakistan’s history - which left more than 2,000 people dead. Saudi woman jailed for 45 years for social media posts
China may be guilty of ‘crimes against humanity’ in Xinjiang, says UN
A Saudi woman has been sentenced to 45 years in prison for her social media posts, in the second case of its kind this month, activists say. A terrorism court convicted Nourah bint Saeed al-Qahtani of “using the internet to tear the social fabric” and “violating public order by using social media”, rights group Dawn reported. Little is known about her other than that she criticised Saudi leaders.
More than 50,000 troops and 5,000 pieces of military equipment, including more than 140 aircraft and 60 warships, are due to take part in the week-long Vostok-2022 war games that start Thursday in Russia’s far east, including naval drills in the Sea of Japan. India, which has previously attended the exercises, has avoided taking sides over Russia’s war in Ukraine, partly because of its reliance on Moscow as its main weapons supplier amid persistent border tensions with neighboring China and Pakistan. Still, the south Asian nation voted against Russia on the issue for the first time in a procedural vote last week at the United Nations Security Council that allowed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy to address the body via video link. India has also shelved moves to jointly produce helicopters and put on hold another plan to buy about 30 fighters from Russia.

Officials estimate that more than 33 million Pakistanis - one in seven people - have been affected by the flooding.

The process is more internal and deep and my main concern is I need to bring that out to the audience.”

Following reports of ‘Screw Dheela’ being put on hold, producer Karan Johar clarified that Shashank Khaitan’s directorial venture is rescheduled due to Tiger Shroff’s commitment to ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’. However, rumours are rife that studios found the nearly Rs 150-crore budget a risky gamble. Apparently, Tiger was signed on for Rs 35 crore. But considering the market situation and the debacle of his last, ‘Heropanti 2’, the production house sought to renegotiate the action hero’s fee to Rs 20 crore. Sources say that the actor declined, saying that one flop can’t affect his position so drastically. As a result of this stalemate, the makers have decided to hold on till early next year, hoping for things to improve.

There is little that is outside Karan Johar’s comfort zone. It all comes naturally to the filmmaker — from going behind the camera, to being the sassy host of a chat show, or being a judge on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. Ready with the 10th season of Colors’ dance reality show, Johar says he thoroughly enjoys it, thanks to his Punjabi genes. “I am not a trained dancer, but I have the energy of a Punjabi,” he quips in his trademark humour. “[Earlier], we were taught that if you are a filmmaker, you should have a serious personality. I have never [lived by] that; I stay true to my energy. I have broken all the myths around filmmakers. No matter how mad I look, if I feel like dancing on the stage, I will. Dancing comes from a place of abandon.” To the filmmaker-judge, dance is synonymous with a sense of freedom. It’s also a reminder of the joys of his childhood days. “My father [Yash Johar] would encourage me to dance when my friends used to come over. He would say, ‘Karan dances well to Dafli wale dafli baja. Karan, nacho.’ I would dance with abandon. My parents encouraged me, regardless that it was Jaya Prada’s steps [I was emulating]. Nobody told me you are a boy, and so-and-so should be your behaviour pattern.”

The company is also working with Google to develop a budget 5G smartphone. Speaking on Monday at Reliance’s annual general meeting, Mr Ambani said that once the firm’s 5G network is fully operational it would be the biggest in the world. Mr Ambani also said that Reliance was working with US technology giant Google to develop an “ultra-affordable” 5G smartphone, without giving further details on its price or planned launch date.
India is also WhatsApp’s largest market and Meta boss Mark Zuckerberg, has been looking to push its WhatsApp business platform - which allows commerce on the messaging platform - for over a year now. With this collaboration, Reliance will be able to extend its reach in the online retail sector. And for Meta, partnering with a leading player like Reliance and making its services available to all users on WhatsApp, gives it a stronger hold in India. India is home to a nearly $700bn retail market and we have seen big businesses jostling to dominate that space. Reliance Retail operates India’s fastest growing and most profitable retail business, with over 12,000 stores across the country. And with their combined might they hope to take on and beat online retail giants like Amazon and Walmart-owned Flipkart.
The Congress Working Committee on Sunday decided to hold the election for the party’s full-time president on October 17. The notification for the election will be issued on September 22, while the filing of nominations would begin on September 24 and continue till September 30, the party’s central election authority chairman Madhusudan Mistry had said after a nearly 30-minute meeting of the CWC.
The announcements came as the battle for domination in India’s digital future is heating up. Earlier this month, the Indian government concluded a record $19bn auction for airwaves, including 5G airwaves, where Jio emerged as the top buyer.
It also drew bids from other major players Vodafone Idea and Bharti Airtel - and a fourth new entrant, Adani Data TheNetworks.fifth generation of high-speed mobile internet - or 5G - supports emerging technologies such as driverless cars and artificial intelligence. It seen to be central to India’s plans to transform the country into a $1tn digital Ineconomy.May, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that 5G would “not only accelerate internet speed but also boost development and employment.” During the wide-ranging address to investors, Mr Ambani also laid out a succession plan for his business empire. The 65-year-old confirmed that his daughter Isha would head Reliance’s retail ventures, while his youngest son Anant would join its new energy business. His eldest son Akash was appointed as the chairman of Jio in June this year. With an estimated net worth of $91.9bn, Mr Ambani is the eleventh richest person in the world and the second richest person in Asia, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. His late father Dhirubhai Ambani founded a textiles manufacturer that would eventually become Reliance ItIndustries.isnowIndia’s largest conglomerate by market value, with businesses including petrochemicals, oil and gas, telecoms and retail.

Where is the G-23 now? It never existed. Why you are going on perpetuating this mythology of G-23,” Mr Ramesh said, reacting to a query on the possibility of participation of the leaders of dissident group in the party’s upcoming mega organisational programme Bharat Jodo yatra led by Rahul Gandhi. During his interaction with media along with party’s senior leader Digvijaya Singh and AICC general secretary Tariq Anwar and attended by Kerala leaders including Shashi Tharoor, Mr Ramesh said, “There is no G-23. There is only a G-Congress (an apparent reference to the Gandhian Congress).” Mr Singh also lashed out at the leaders who quit the Congress over their alleged differences with the leadership, saying they walked out of the party not because of the ideological issues. “Tell me one statement of the person you are mentioning...Has he given any statement against the RSS or the BJP or Mr Modi or the functioning of the BJP government? What kind of politics is this,? Mr Singh said when asked about the resignation of Azad from the party. The senior party leaders’ statement assumes significance in wake of the speculation that the dissident G-23 group may field candidates for the Congress presidential polls in October this year. Later, talking to the reporters, Mr Tharoor, who was among the signatories to the letter written by the G-23 group demanding reforms in the party in 2020, said the reports about the possibility of him contesting for the party president’s post were “only Thespeculation”.Thiruvananthapuram MP, however, said he would be able to clearly say about his candidature only after the election notification is announced.

How Ambani is teaming up with Zuckerberg Mukesh Ambani’s $25bn pledge to launch 5G services, is aimed to further edge out competition not just in telecoms but also retail. On over 1,000 occasions spanning nearly a decade, Dr. Abdul Naushad, 58, and Wajiha Naushad, 47, had their unwitting patients injected with cheaper, foreign Orthovisc that had not been approved by the Food and Drug Administration, Assistant U.S. Attorney Derek Wiseman said in court. The Naushads betrayed the trust of elderly and impoverished patients to fund a lavish lifestyle that included a $2 million mansion, two vacation houses and four luxury cars, Wiseman said. FDA-approved Orthovisc, which is sold by authorized distributors in the United States, comes in a pre-filled syringe. It is injected into the knee to relieve osteoarthritis pain and is available only by Theprescription.Naushadsconcealed their actions from patients, employees and publiclyfunded health insurance programs by, among other things, stonewalling questions from their chief of purchasing. After a shipment of foreign, unapproved injections was seized by the FDA, the Naushads had the next shipment sent to their home. Wajiha Naushad lied to her compliance officer and friend by telling her the injections came from a distributor in the U.S., and fraudulently persuaded the compliance officer that the Orthovisc had a required National Drug Code number. A jury in April convicted the couple of one conspiracy count and one count of health care fraud. Wajiha Naushad was sentenced Thursday to three years of probation. The Drug Enforcement Administration assisted the Food and Drug Administration Office of Criminal Investigations, the Department of Health and Human Services and the Missouri Medicaid Fraud Control Unit to investigate the case.

Asia Cup 2022: What is the Super 4 stage and who will qualify? Format explained
The Asia Cup Super 4 stage will begin on September 3 in Sharjah, followed by five matches in Dubai until September 9. Will India play Pakistan again in Asia Cup Super 4? India and Pakistan could face once again in the Asia Cup 2022 tournament in the Super 4. The teams will face off one another on September 4 in Dubai, provided they finish as the top teams in Group A. India and Pakistan could also meet in the Asia Cup 2022 final, if they manage to finish the Supe 4 roundrobin stage in the first and second position. Who qualified for the Super 4 stage in the 2018 Asia Cup edition? India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Afghanistan qualified for the Super 4s in the 2018 Asia Cup, also held in the UAE. India and Bangladesh topped the group table and progressed to the final. The Rohit Sharma-led side then defended its title after beating Bangladesh by three wickets in the final.
The Indian cricket team batting lineup, after two matches at the Asia Cup, has shown a clear trend. Suryakumar Yadav, who is currently world no. 3 in ICC T20I rankings for batters, is coming to bat at No. 4 spot while former captain Virat Kohli is coming in at No. 3. However, going by recent form, Suryakumar has shown much greater capability to accelerate the innings than Kohli. Even former India batter Gautam Gambhir feels that Suryakumar should be played at the No. 3 spot.
“I just hope that we see him back at his best and in the World Cup. I’d rather see Virat come out here (in Australia) and be one of the leading players in the tournament, but just make sure he doesn’t score many runs against Australia when they play!” Ponting said on the ICC Review. Kohli looked sharp in the match against Hong Kong as he played some trademark strokes to score yet another half-century in T20 internationals. He hit three sixes and also rotated the strike well to help the team finish with a big score alongside Suryakumar Yadav’s blitzkrieg.

Serena Williams says ‘staying vague’ on retirement plans
Pakistan pacer Shaheen Afridi to undergo treatment in London: PCB
Serena Williams said she is “staying vague” over her expected retirement from tennis after reaching the US Open second round on Monday. “I have been pretty vague about it, right? I’m going to stay vague because you never know,” said the 40-year-old after beating Danka Kovinic 6-3, 6-3.
Asia Cup 2022: The six-team tournament comprising India, Pakistan, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Afghanistan will have four teams qualifying for the Super 4 stage.

“Sounded Like He Found Himself In Quite A Dark Place”: Ricky Ponting On Virat Kohli
Williams, a 23-time Grand Slam title winner, said earlier this month that she was “evolving away” from tennis and that “the countdown” was on for her retirement after 27 years as a professional.
Denmark’s Viktor Axelsen won his second badminton world title on Sunday, beating Thailand’s Kunlavut Vitidsarn 21-5, 21-16 in the final in Tokyo.World number one Axelsen has lost only one singles match this season and was too much for 21-year-old rising star Vitidsarn, who was blown away in the first game.
The Asia Cup 2022 tournament is underway in the United Arab Emirates with matches being held in Dubai and Sharjah. The six-team tournament comprising India, Pakistan, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Afghanistan is currently in the group stage phase. It will be followed by the Super 4s and the final.
former Australia captain and batting legend Ricky Ponting has opened up on the issue and has said that he hopes Kohli would be back among runs during the ICC T20 World Cup later this year in Australia.
When and where will the Asia Cup Super 4 matches be played?
The two groups - Group A with India, Pakistan and Hong Kong and Group B with Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and Bangladesh - will reward four spots to the top two teams in each group to the next stage, the Super 4. A1, A2, B1 and B2 will then be placed in the same group. The second round-robin stage will have all the teams facing each other. The top two in the Super 4 stage will then face off in the Asia Cup 2022 final on September 11 in Dubai.
Never-Say-Die Serena Williams Beats World No.2 Anett Kontaveit
“It sounds like when he has started to share, started to talk, it might have just freed him up a bit and he started to feel better about himself again.
Serena Williams dramatically extended her iconic career on Wednesday with a never-say-die, three-set victory over world number two Anett Kontaveit at the US Open. The 40-year-old, 23-time Grand Slam title winner triumphed 7-6 (7/4), 2-6, 6-2 in front of a raucous, partisan Arthur Ashe Stadium Court crowd to reach the third round of a tournament she has won six times. Having declared that she was already “evolving away from tennis” after a 27-year career, Williams’ force of will ensured that the retirement party was put on hold for a little longer. “There’s no rush,” said Serena on court when reminded that she had declared herself to be in the closing stages of her “There’scareer.still a little left in me so we’ll see. I’m a pretty good player. I love a “I’mchallenge.”justSerena, you know. Honestly after I lost the second set I thought ‘oh my goodness, I’ve got to give my best effort because this could be it.’” She added: “I’m just looking at it as a bonus. I don’t have anything to prove. I have absolutely nothing to lose. I’ve had an ‘X’ on my back since 1999.”
The American arrived on court with the stadium announcer proudly introducing her as “the greatest of all time” while Kontaveit waited patiently at her chair.
Pakistan’s top pace bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi will undergo treatment of his knee injury in London and he is expected to regain complete fitness before the T20 World Cup starting mid-October, the PCB said on Monday.Shaheen has departed for London where he will undergo rehabilitation for his injury which he sustained while fielding during the first Test against Sri Lanka in Galle in mid-July.
“When I saw his runs and then I’ve read on social media over the last few days, it sounded like he found himself in quite a dark place. Like a lot of us men, he wasn’t willing to talk about it and share it.

The Secret: Innate Superior Capabilities, For Life! Harini: The secret is not in knowing that the emotions we go through on an everyday basis have a physical impact on the brain and its functioning. But in the fact, that it is only the beginning of our exploration. More often than not, happiness is seen as an outcome or a destination. People may be tempted to think that once they have a bigger house, a bigger car, or a better career, they will be happy. And sure, the outcomes in life are a great motivator. However, if one is lacking the innate capability to be happy, regardless of the external environment, they will invariably find themselves grappling with self-sabotaging thoughts or stress, and anxiety. On the contrary, when we help people develop innate capabilities, their worldview shifts radically! These capabilities include happiness, ondemand control of their emotional states, filter installations to detect and reject any un-resourceful influence from their environment, and the ability to disassociate, amongst others. Instead of fitting a template, individuals must discern and go after the capabilities they need to develop freedom of choice and take their unique impact to the masses. Excellence Installations is one such technology that comprises cutting-edge R&D, and a framework for rapid capability installations that enrich brain functioning and help in designing personal evolution unique for each individual. With innate capabilities, our research reveals, people have developed new and autonomous responses in all situations where they previously felt stuck or less than optimal. They are embraced with new and empowering thoughts, discover leverage, break free from limiting patterns and find their way to blissfully integrated life outcomes.
On Your Body’s Immunity
T he human brain, even neurologists and neuroscientists know that we have still not figured out the length and breadth of what is possible by this wondrous 3-pound organ. The brain is more powerful than any supercomputer that exists. If we as humans are gifted with a ‘brain’ that is infinitely powerful, how is it true that some people create extraordinary life outcomes whilst others stay in mediocrity, helplessness, depression, fear, and a host of other mental and physical challenges? Here’s Harini Ramachandran, the CoFounder of Antano & Harini, sharing secrets, which have helped thousands of driven individuals dramatically enhance their brain functioning. As a direct result of this, individuals have been able to accelerate their success, break out of the shackles of; no time or no money, launch a legacy, or create a BIG Impact in the world! But first! Let’s understand, What impacts brain functioning? Harini: What physically changes the brain in an un-useful way, is when people get used to less than optimal states of mind; inadequate or suboptimal responses to ongoing life situations and challenges, poor emotional mastery or attitude, and lack of emotional choices may lead to havoc. One may want to believe that “it’s okay to not be okay!” but emotional states of depression, anxiety, stress, etc. have a long-term, degenerative impact on the brain. Medical journals are replete with evidence revealing the degenerative and impaired functioning of the hippocampus and the Prefrontal Cortex for people with prolonged or pathological anxiety and chronic stress. Medical evidence also reveals that parts of the brain physically shrink in people with depression. Yes, physically. These parts lose Gray Matter Volume (GMV), which is the brain’s tissue and that’s a bad place to be!
Building and maintaining a robust immune system is important for leading healthy, wholesome lives, and this is true now more than ever. People with chronic illnesses need a healthy immune system even more so to prevent minor infections from turning into more serious consequences. While it is commonly recognised that eating a healthy, balanced diet helps create a robust immune system, most people are ignorant of the negative effects that weak muscle health can have on Maintainingimmunity.goodhealth, supporting muscles, and aiding in blood sugar control all depend on regular exercise. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise every Theweek.benefits of physical exercise are plenty! Research studies have shown that when we include physical activity it helps reduce abdominal obesity, improves our lipid profile; insulin sensitivity, and reduces blood pressure. A chair challenge test is an easy way to test your muscle strength, understand your muscle age and adopt any timely corrective measures. The time you take to do 5 sit-ups on a chair of approx. height 43 cms (1.4 feet) can tell you your muscle age. For example, for males between 40 and 50 years of muscle age it should take about 6.8 to 7.5 seconds and for females the time taken should be 6.9 to 7.4 seconds to perform the test. To know more about how the chair challenge test works, one can visit www.muscleagetest.in.In addition to exercising and adopting

an extraordinary life by using the power of your mind
healthy lifestyle habits, incorporating good nutrition practices into daily lives is also essential. Eat enough protein-rich foods like chicken, seafood, eggs, nuts, beans or dairy. Adults should aim to eat about 15 to 20 grams of protein per major meal. However, adults over the age of 65 may need more protein than younger adults - particularly those with a health setback Getting all the nutrients required to appropriately support the health of your muscles and immune system is not always simple. This is made much more difficult for those with chronic illnesses who also need to manage their prescriptions and daily routines and who believe they don’t have enough time to prepare meals and snacks in advance. In order to fill in the gaps and guarantee adequate nutrient intake, people can choose to take disease-specific nutritional supplements as part of a healthy lifestyle programme.
However, if un-resourceful states of depression, anxiety, or stress can cause permanent changes to the brain, we wondered, is the reverse also true? What if we can naturally get people to experience joy, exhilaration, drive, a deep sense of purpose, and fulfillment? And how would that reflect, not only their brain imaging but also as outcomes in their life?
Impact Of Poor Muscle Health

Integrated Life Outcomes: All together. Simultaneously! Harini: The easiest and surest way to expand brain functioning is to remove all the silos or limitations that we may have accepted! Haven’t we heard people say “I am more logical” or “I am right-brained, i.e. more creative and less organised”? That’s such a limiting thought, isn’t it? While different parts of the brain may be responsible for different functions, the true power comes when we truly integrate all of the brain’s capacity! The geniuses in the world have been able to do it naturally! Take, for instance, Einstein, a world-renowned and highly logical scientist who arrived at his theory of relativity by imagining chasing after light beams! Picasso could create a legacy with his creative pursuits because, in addition to art, he understood the business of art, which is a highly logical process! In essence, whether it is to accelerate your success, launch your legacy, create a big impact or simply expand your brain functioning, get yourself out of the silos and commit to achieving mastery in any skill that feels out of your current strengths. Because you evolve the fastest by not only focusing on your strengths but also by developing neighboring capabilities that will complete your rarity and launch a legacy!
