Starting this January, your San Diego Symphony Orchestra is coming to a venue near you.

While Copley Symphony Hall is undergoing much-needed infrastructure improvements, Music Director Rafael Payare, a roster of acclaimed guest conductors and soloists and the musicians of the San Diego Symphony Orchestra will perform some of classical music’s greatest masterpieces at venues all around San Diego.

Hear Berlioz’s Symphonie fantastique, Beethoven’s triumphant Symphony No. 9, delightful intertwining of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons with Astor Piazzolla’s Four Seasons of Buenos Aires, the U.S. premiere of the jazzy Concerto venezolano for Trumpet and Orchestra by Paquito D’Rivera and the acclaimed pianist Yefim Bronfman in Brahms’ epic Piano Concerto No. 1. Plus, we welcome back Principal Guest Conductor Edo de Waart, Conductor Laureate Jahja Ling and many internationally renowned soloists.
