CPX General information COATAPOX is a 2-component dust-free antiwear industrial acid resistant epoxy coating for floors and walls, metal constructions,

insulating panels, wood, stone and concrete.

Technical information and packaging Colour: grey or red. Density: 1.6 +/- 0.1 kg/dm³. Solid substance content: approx. 100%. Adhesion: on concrete, stone, wood – surpasses the binding of the base; on metals - more than 2 N/mm². Pressure resistance: more than 50 N/mm². Bending tensile resistance: more than 20 N/ mm². Electrical resistance: approx 10 Ohm. Chemical resistance: resistant against many acids, alkalis, oils, fats, petrol, heating oil, many solvents, salt solutions, aggressive vapours and sea air,... Temperature resistance: permanent from -30°C to 55°C; accidental 110°C; unloaded shape resistance 200°C; steam cleaning is permitted.

Hardening: shrinkage free. Hardening through at 15°C: after approx. 12 hours (overnight): can be walked on; after approx. 24 hours: mechanically loadable; after 7 days: fully chemical resistant. Min. processing temperature: 8°C. Pot life (processing time after mixing); approx. 30 minutes at 15°C. Shelf life: 12 months, keep dry, cool and frost-proof. FXP

2-COMPONENT EPOXY SYSTEM TO COMBAT AND PREVENT RUST AND TO PROTECT VARIOUS MATERIALS • Can be used on both blank and rusty surfaces. • Due to its very strong penetrating effect, the product penetrates through the rust into the healthy metal core and forms an impenetrable layer. • Can be used both curatively and preventively. • Is resistant to petrol, heating oil, oil and chemicals. • Has a unique adhesion to metal, polyester, aluminium, galvanised panel, wood, stone and concrete. • Is easy to apply with a brush or spray pistol. • Can be used as an adhesive primer for construction gluing.

General information FIXAPOX is an industrial 2-component deeppenetrating impregnating agent for the protection and handling of concrete, stone, wood and metals. FIXAPOX hardens concrete floors, stone, cement coatings and makes them dustproof, more longwearing, easy to clean and chemical resistant. FIXAPOX is a preventive and curative

protection for both blank and rusty metals against corrosion, erosion and other chemical influences. FIXAPOX penetrates deeply in rust and blocks, passivates and anchors this rust to the sound metal. FIXAPOX is an ideal unsaponifiable adhesive primer for painting, mastics, joint kits, mending and other finishes.

Technical information and packaging Composition: epoxy resin, polyamine hardener and selected solvents. Solid material: ca. 75%. Specific gravity: 1 +/- 0,1 kg/dm3. Adherence: to wood, stone, concrete: the bonding system is stronger than the materials bonded together; to metals: > 2N/ mm² depending on the preceding handling. Duration of use after mixture (pot life): ca. 30 minutes at 15°C. Drying times at 15°C: After ca. 12h (one night): can be walked on; after ca. 24h: mechanical chargeable load-bearing; after 7 days: chemical resistant.

Temperature resistance: permanently from -30°C to +55°C; accidentally 110°C; 200°C unloaded (form durability); dry-cleaning is allowed. Colour: colourless; darkens the surfaces. Chemical resistance: resists to acids, caustic solutions, oils, greases, petrols, salts and many solvents, manure, urine,...; is resistant to aggressive gasses, vapours and sea air. Shelf life: 12 months, keep dry, cool and frost-proof. Safety measures: consult the Safety Data Sheet.

Megapox MODIFIED EPOXY RESIN WITH MULTIFUNCTIONAL APPLICATIONS • Pure 2-component epoxy resin. • Due to its simple 2/1 mixing ratio MEGAPOX is suitable for small or large repairs. • Personally determined viscosity. • Wear-resistant - non-shrinkable elastic. • Resistant to chemical products and oil derivates. • Can be used for impregnation, filling, coating, moulding, bonding, sealing, clamping and and binding. • Ideal to make antiskid surfaces.

MPX General information MEGAPOX is a pure epoxy resin with multifunctional possibilities. It can be used as adhesive, floor covering, to repair floor

and concrete, sealing compound, injection, filler, impregnating agent and moulding material.

Technical information and packaging Composition: 2 components (A-resin - Bhardening agent). Colour: honey, transparent. Specific gravity: 1 kg/I +/- 0.1. Pot life (after mixture): 30 to 45 minutes at 15°C. Tear strength: +/- 32N/mm². Tensile strength: depending on the filler 50 to 90 N/mm². Processing temperature: from +10°C to +35°C. Temperature durability: +/- 100°C. Hardening time: after 6 hours: hard; after 20 hours: may be walked on; after 7 days: chemical charge Solvent %: 0% shrink proof.

Electrical resistance: 1015Ohm/cm. Chemical resistance: resistant to sustained contact to strong acids, leach, oil, grease, petrol, solvents, smog, sea air. Cleaner/diluent: MEGACLEAN. Thicken: MEGATIX neutral thickener for epoxy resin. Content: component A = aliphatic amine; component B = Bisphenol A-Diglycedyl-ether N-Butylglycedylether. Shelf life: 12 months, keep dry, cool and frost-proof. Safety measures: consult the Safety Data Sheet.

Applications and use • MEGAPOX is packed in the right weight ratio. Before using the 2 components have to be mixed in the proportion of 2 to 1 (e.q. 2 x1 cup A and x 1 cup B). • After this, mix thoroughly until you get a smooth substance. The resin is now ready for use. •!!! Attention: shiny surfaces have to be roughened first to improve the adhesion. • I. Adhesive: Universal glue for the adhesion of wood, stone, metal, glass, ceramic materials. • MEGAPOX has to be mixed with MEGATIX thickener until the desired consistency, to apply on one side or by filling up, can also be used for laminating. • II. Floor covering: - acid resistant joint-free floor covering.- wear-resistant floor mortar, to make anti-skid surfaces. • To mix with MEGAFIL or MEGAGRAIN. • Mixing ratio resin-sand : 1/1: mouldable floor of to 3 mm; 1/4: mortar to apply from 5 to 15 mm. • By adding MEGATIX the mixture becomes eaesier to process. • III. Floor and concrete reparation: excellent adhesive for floor reparation, stronger than concrete. • First apply one layer of pure resin with a brush, apply the mortar on the still wet

resin, (see item II). • IV. Sealing compound-filler: - Acid resistant sealing compound for the chemical. Excellent adhesion hard and impact-proof filler for difficult repairs. • Mixing MEGAPOX with a little Megatix and fill with a little powder (cement, plaster, wood flour, iron or aluminium powder). • V. Impregnating mass: Impregnation of concrete, Asbest cement, brickwork or wood to make it water-, weather- and acid resistant. Spread out MEGAPOX on a dry surface, consumption of +/- 250 g/m². In case of higher requirements of impermeability of chemical resistance, apply 2 wet layers of MEGAPOX. By need of antitskid, chip the still wet surface with a desired grain (MEGAGRAIN, MEGAKWARTS or MEGAGRIP). • After hardening remove the superfluous grain. • VI. Moulding material: moulding shapes, clamping, securing machines to a base, encapsulating electric components. • Never apply pure MEGAPOX in layers thicker than 1 cm. For larger objects always fill MEGAPOX with a powder (cement, MEGAFIL, plaster, sawdust).

General information MULTIPOX is a professional 2-component epoxy mortar, which is easy to handle and to shape. MULTIPOX hardens in unrestricted thickness without shrinking. MULTIPOX can be used indoors as well as outdoors.

MULTIPOX can even be applied vertically up to +/-4 cm in one layer. MULTIPOX is impact-proof, chemically resistant and has a dust-free top layer with a high durability.

Technical information and packaging Composition: glass beads and quarts granulates drenched in a high-quality epoxyresin. Solvent: free. Hardening: no shrinking. Percentage of solid substance: 100%. Adherence: the adherence to most building materials is extremely good, e.g. to stone, concrete, natural stone, wood, metal,... No adherence: to most synthetic materials. Max. thickness of hardening: unrestricted. Chemical resistance: organic acids, oils, greases, fuels, acids, fertilisers, urine, water (fresh + salt), sea air,... Chlorine resistance: OK. Temperature resistance: -30°C to +60°C permanent; temporary: +90°C.

Can be painted: with most current lacquers and paints. Processing time at 16°C: +/- 50 minutes. Consumption: 1.7 a 2 kg/m²with a layer thickness of 1 mm. Total curing time at 16°C: can be walked over after 24 hours; mechanically chargeable after 72 hours; chemical resistance after 7 days; high temperatures reduce the hardening times and low temperatures implicate longer hardening times. NPK General information Novapox Kit is an epoxy mass that is very easy to mould and therefore suitable for variuos applications. Novapox Kit has a good shape stability. It does not drip or sag. Novapox Kit is machinable after curing: sanding, drilling, sawing, tapping, milling,... Novapox Kit can also be applies under water.

Novapox Kit gives a good combination adhesion to metal, glass, bricks, concrete, ceramics, most synthetic materials,... Novapox Kit is resistant to gasolines, oils, salt water, most acids and lyes. Novapox Kit can be painted after curing.

WATER-RESISTANT WEAR FOR CONCRETE, TILE FLOORS AND SCREEDS • Super strong wear layer. • Surpasses the concrete binding. • Does not fall to pieces due to freezing, is perfectly weatherresistant.

General information POXYCON's characteristics are determined by the special epoxy-resin agent. The product is placed as a wear layer on existing concrete or tile floors or screeds, with the adhesion surpassing the binding of the concrete itself (i.e. a break will occur in the concrete itself if an attempt is made to break the weld).

Is vapour permeable and makes the surface slip-free; perfect weather resistance, does not fall to pieces due to freezing.

Technical information and packaging Composition: is made up of 3 components: resin com. A: mixture of modified epoxy resins; hardener comp. B: polyamine hardener with regulating catalysts; filer comp. C: annealed, acid washed quartz granualte with well defined granule distribution. Pressure resistance: > 900 kg/cm². Tensile strength: > 80 kg/cm². Hardening through: completely shrinkagefree. Chemical resistance: resists acids, alkalis, oil, grease, petrol, solvents and (after 7 days) salt solutions; is resistant to aggressive vapours, gases and sea air; resists most chemical products.

Specific gravity: approx. 2kg/dm³. Colour: unpigmented, sandy coloured. Hardening through time: can be walked and driven on after approx. 10 hours (20°C); fully hardened after approx. 36 hours (20°C). Heat resistance: +50°C to -30°C continuous. Flashpoint: in non-hardened state > 48°C. Shelf life: 12 months, keep dry, cool and frost-proof. Safety measures: consult the Safety Data Sheet.

Applications and use PROCESSING OF THE BASE: • Remove all loose and hollow sounding concrete parts thoroughly until a healthy, hard and solid base is produced. • Derust the possibly released reinforcement bars by hammering and sanding with a steel brush. • Remove dust from base thoroughly and if necessary degrease. APPLICATION OF POXYCON FLOOR BOND (BINDING AGENT LAYER): • Important! Mix the full packages of comp. A and comp. B with each other (a correct mixing ratio is very important). • Spread POXYCON BOND as a primer with a brush on pre-treated concrete. • Duration of use after mixing: approx. 30 min. at 180°C. • Low temperatures extend the duration of use; high temperatures shorten the duration of use.

APPLICATION OF POXYCON: • The components are packed in the right ratio. • Stir comp. B into comp. A until the mass becomes homogeneous (± 1 min. Mixing time). Add comp. C while stirring and mix thoroughly (± 3 min. stirring time). • Mixing can be done using slow-moving rotary mixers (drill) or planetary mixers (Zyklos). • Duration of use after mixing: approx. 30 min. • Processing: apply POXYCON with a trowel or plasterer's square trowel in the still wet, recently applied POXYCON FLOOR BOND and level it. • Layer thickness: unlimited.

PCW General information Novapox Wood was developed for both structural as well as decorative repairs of affected wooden beams, window-frames, sculptures, ... Novapox Wood is a ready for use two component epoxy resin paste that can be moulded well. Novapox Wood has mechanical features comparable to the ones of wood and is therefore as mouldable as wood: sawing, drilling, sanding, carving,...

Novapox Wood is weather-resistant. Novapox Wood can be painted with any kind of wood and can be scrubbed and polished. Novapox Wood has a good adhesion to most kinds of wood with a completely shrink free curing. A repair with Novapox Wood is reversible: when heated up to + 120°C the mass gets weak and loosens from the surface.

Applications and use Preparation Only apply to a dry surface which is free from loose parts, paint, dust or affected wood. If necessary the surface can be strengthened with Novatio Fixapox (thin fluid epoxy resin with a high penetration capacity) Processing Mixing ratio 1:1 volume or weight Mix until you obtain a homogeneous colour. The colour can be changed by adding pigments.

Apply with a filling knife or spatula and press it into the crack or damaged area. The repair can be treated or painted after 24 hours. Clean the tools with Megaclean or Nova Wipe.

RPP General information

REPAPOX is a 2-component industrial epoxymortar for permanent and durable repair and plating that can be applied with a trowel and has an unbreakable adhesion on concrete, stone, wood and an optimal adhesion on metals. REPAPOX provides dust-free, antiskid, durable, impact-resistant and chemical resistant repairs and seamless plating. It will prevent further degradation of repaired or treated surfaces.

REPAPOX has a high pointload sharing, in order to protect the surface and resist higher mechanical burden (transpallets F.I.). REPAPOX is easy to apply and does not stick to tools. It can be applied from 0 mm to an unlimited thickness. REPAPOX is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
