B1 FOAM has an excellent adhesive power to most materials. B1 FOAM has a high form stability; no shrinkage or post-expansion.

MPE General information MEGAPLAST PPE is a 2-component acrylate hybrid glue that has been specially developed te glue, seal and fill low energy surfaces such as polyethylene and polypropylene. MEGAPLAST PPE can be used in the automotive, industrial and electronics sectors. Even in the optical world to glue glass or to mount or fix construction components.
MEGAPLAST PPE is shock-resistant and has very good adhesion to difficult to glue plastics. MEGAPLAST PPE can bind different plastics together, whether combined with different metals, glass, ceramics,... or not.

MFX General information MULTIFIX is a fast curing 2-component methyl metacrylate adhesive that hardens at room temperature. The two components, the resin and activator do not have to be pre-mixed. The hardening process starts as soon as the activator comes into contact with the resin. MULTIFIX fills gaps up to 0,8 mm. After 2 to 5 minutes the pieces can be handled, and after 2 to 3 hours MULTIFIX will have obtained 90% of its total definitive strength. MULTIFIX comes in two versions:
- MULTIFIX: amber coloured - for bonding where a filling adhesive with a high viscosity is necessary. - MULTIFIX CLEAR: transparant - for bonding where a transparant joint and low viscosity of the resin are desired.
Technical information and packaging Temperature resistance: -35°C to +155°C permanent / +180°C: 30 minutes. Cleaning: non cured: KSS-SSO; cured: mechanically. Consumption: 180 to 300 gr/m² at layer thicknesses of 0,15 to 0,25 mm. In case of larger layer thicknesses, or if a fast curing is desired, apply the activator on both surfaces.

NTS General information NOVA TITAN STICK is an epoxy resin repair product, filled with titanium and is high temperature resistant (300°C). Fresh glue can be removed with NOVAWIPES (even from the skin). Hardened glue can only be removed mechanically. Because it uses air humidity for hardening, at least one of the bonded surfaces needs to be porous. For non-porous surfaces, it is advisable to lightly moisten either one of the surfaces or the adhesive itself by spraying with a fine mist (no more than 20ml per m²). General information Q-FIX 120 has been specially developed for heavy load bearing chemical anchors in hollow and solid materials such as stone, concrete, aerated concrete,... Q-FIX 120 is a waterproof, impermeable attachment. Q-FIX 120 is a vinyl ester resin that has the best mechanical characteristics and offers better chemical resistance.
Q-FIX 120 also has all of the required permits: the European Technical Approval (ETA/CE) option 7 for uncracked concrete and fire class F120.

Applications and use • Remove at least a part of the old windscreen adhesive; • Degrease the adhesive surface with NOVATIO SAFETY CLEAN and blow dry; • Clean the windscreen with NOVATIO SATETY CLEAN and NOVATIO MULTIFOAM: spray, wipe with a cloth and wipe off with a cloth clean;
• Apply SEAL & BOND MS SCREEN PLUS equally to the vehicle or on the window; • Open the windows, place the windscreen, press, correct and apply more pressure if necessary (within 2 minutes).

SEAL & BOND MS 18 has been specially developed to finish off connection joints and is also DIN 18540 certified for high-building works. SEAL & BOND MS 18 has a very strong UVresistance and resists fungus and bacteria.
SEAL & BOND MS 18 can be painted over if necessary, but only with the most highly elastic paints. SEAL & BOND MS 18 adheres perfectly to concrete, brick, plasterwork, wood, metal and different types of plastics. SEAL & BOND MS 18 can be used both outside and inside.

Applications and use expansion and dilatation joints on concrete, brickwork, metal, wood, different types of plastics, plumbing seals and a combination with these materials the adherence on surfaces based on PE, PP, PTFE or bitumen has to be tested first The correct joint width and preparation of the surface are required to create the perfect sealing.
The dimension of the joint must be at least 4 times as big as the expected movement. The general rule applies that the depth of the joint must be equal to 3/4 of the calculated width. For more detailed information, see DIN specification 18540F and SIA specification V274 for the right joint dimension during construction work.

Has a strong bonding on most materials as natural stone, bricks, concrete, ceramics, enamel, acrylic plastic, porcelain, lacquer, metals, soft and hard wood (excepted PP, PE, PTFE and bitumen). Leaves no traces on natural stone. Does not dammage the silver layer of mirrors.
Remark: SEAL & BOND MS40 TRANS can be painted with most current lacquers, but due to the large diversity of lacquers, we advise to do a test first. Alkyd resin paints can have a negative influence on the hardening of SEAL &BOND MS40 TRANS. Change of colours can occur due to external influence, such as UV-light.

TIX General information TRANSFIX is a single component transparent paste, curing at ambient temperature. TRANSFIX adheres to most common materials, such as metal, wood, glass, leather, linen, canvas, vinyl and even polypropylene. TRANSFIX provides, after curing, a clear transparent adhesive or sealing joint with exceptional flexibility and elasticity.
TRANSFIX is therefore very appropriate for bonding, sealing or repairing of materials having a different coefficient of expansion.

General information TRIMFIX is an air spray adhesive based on synthetic rubber. TRIMFIX offers a wide variety of applications. TRIMFIX bonds durably, quick and without any strings or dripping.
TRIMFIX is appropriate for bonding large surfaces where a thin and transparent glue is recommended.

TFX PS General information TRIMFIX POST STIK is a clear elastomerbased glue for temporary and/or movable applications. TRIMFIX PS attaches to the material so even paper does not become soaked and misshapen.
Depending on the material and method of application one spray can covers approximately 13m². Temperature resistance from -20°C to +65°C.
Technical information and packaging Flashpoint: -41°C. Ignition temperature: 235°C. Vapour pressure at 20°C: 5,000 hPa. Density at 20° C: 0.699 g/ml. Water-soluble: insoluble.
Shelf life: 12 months kept dry, cool and frostfree. Safety measures: please see the safety sheet.
Applications and use Applications: When TRIMFIX PS is applied thinly and single-sided to paper, cardboard, foil, etc. it is easy to remove and/or move without leaving marks. Ideal for adhering promotional and other posters, photographs, templates, fair decoration, designs, graphic work, plans, etc.
Instructions for use: Shake before use and apply a thin coat to a dry, clean and grease-free surface. Depending on the surface and temperature allow the glue to dry for about ten minutes. Bring the material into position and press. For permanent adhesion apply TRIMFIX PS thickly or on the two contact surfaces. After use briefly spray upside down to empty the nozzle. Glue residues can easily be removed with safety clean.

General information TRIMFIX WT is a high tech spray adhesive in aerosol, based on synthetic rubber. It stands out for its special web-technology (WT). Through the combination of the adhesive and the special spray nozzle it can be sprayed in a web-structure, which delivers very good results on rough surfaces.
TRIMFIX WT is ideal where spraying equipment, a brush or other application techniques can't be used.
