General information ALU 1000 is a strong anti-corrosive layer that consists of fine aluminium particles and high quality synthetic resins. This combinations results in a coating that bonds strongly to metals, such as steel, zinc-coated steel, aluminium,... Exposed to higher temperatures it will aluminise automatically.

The pure aluminium particles will melt together with the metal. ALU 1000 has a good chemical resistance, and sticks well on most lacquers, synthetic material, ferrous and non-ferrous metals,... ALU 1000 has elastic features.

Technical information and packaging Composition: aluminium with synthetic resin. Colour: aluminium. Aspect: satin / shiny. Melting: at temperatures around +650°C the aluminium parts will melt, and attach to the surface. Recommended layer: depending on the application, or the underlay, 1 flowing layer is sufficient. General information GALVATRON is a new scientific compound of pure powdered zinc (95%), epoxy resins and other components. Applied to ferritic metals and aluminium, it forms a strong but also flexible film of metallic zinc, which provides good resistance to corrosion, thanks to electrochemical action, even when the covering is used or scratched. There is an essential difference between GALVATRON and paint. Paint and primers protect by the formation of a 'layer! In contrast, GALVATRON protects against corrosion through a galvanizing function between the iron and zinc. Stated electrochemically, as a result of the influence of steam and oxygen, the zinc powder works like an anode and the covered metal like a cathode. Cathodic protection.

The corrosion only influences the zinc and not the metal base. When a layer of paint is damaged, the corrosion is produced even below the undamaged layer. When the GALVATRON covering is damaged, the nonsoluble alkaline products reproduce zinc salt. In other words, the damaged part reestablishes itself and thus constantly protects the surface against corrosion, which is the reverse of paints and primers. GALVATRON is a product that saves money and is essential in each industry, workshop and garage for different applications.

General information NOVA ZINC is a new scientific composition of pure zinc powder (99%), resins and other components. Applied to ferrous metals and aluminium it forms a tough but flexible zinc metal film, which by electrochemical action offers excellent protection against corrosion, even when the coating is scratched or worn down. There is an essential difference between NOVA ZINC and paint. Paint and primers protect by forming a "skin'.' NOVA ZINC however gives protection against corrosion by the galvanic action between zinc and iron. Electrochemically expressed

: under the influence of water vapour and oxygen the zinc powder works as an anode and the metal under it as a cathode. Cathodic protection. Corrosion affects only the zinc and not the base metal. When a paint skin is damaged, corrosion will appear and will also run under the undamaged paint. If the NOVA ZINC coat gets damaged then unsoluble alkaline products (zinc salts) will be formed. In other words the injury recovers itself and thus continues protecting the suface further against corrosion, as opposed to paints and primers.

RC1 General information NOVACARE RC1 is a stabilised water-soluble emulsion with specially selected sand grains. This special composition works effectively thanks to the selected and controlled granulometry (grain size) of the special abrasive composition. The products of the NOVACARE RC line are free of silicones and solvents, and can be used on all paint types in the industry and bodywork world and many other similar paint procedures, as used on furniture and high quality industrial products. The NOVACARE RC line comes in two colours: the white version for light coloured paints and the black version for dark coloured paints.

NOVACARE RC1 is a product formulated for use on new dry paints as well as on old weathered paints. A controlled sanding capacity shows excellent paint restoration of paints sanded with micrograins. NOVACARE RC1 is best used in combination with a soft wool pad to remove sand scratches by sanding with polyester abrasive film or normal sand paper with grain 2000 and avoid new scratches, especially on dark colours. If Novacare RC1 is used properly, further polishing is not needed. If protection is desired and more deep shine is needed, Novacare RC2 can be used.

Applications and use • The surface to be treated must be clean and free of dust; use Multifoam for this • Remove any traces of wax and degrease with Safety Clean • Use a sheep wool pad • Apply enough NOVACARE RC1 to the surface to be treated, never on the wool pad • Start the polishing machine on very low speed and maintain this low speed, working with a 90° traverse motion to avoid overheating, especially on plastics • Continue to work with this motion until the desired homogenous result is achieved • If sanding is done beforehand, the operation will have to be repeated, especially on dark paints

• The very fine scratches caused by the wool pad can be removed by using the same Novacare RC1 with the foam pad • This second passage provides a deeper shine • Novacare RC1 can dirty top surfaces, so protect plastic parts or treat them with Novasim before polishing • It is important to not overheat the surface, so do not stay in the same place long • Let Novacare RC1 dry a few minutes and remove the rest with a microfibre cloth • Clean foam pads and sheep wool pads guarantee better results

Applications and use Instructions for use: - Only apply to cool surfaces. - If necessary first sand with 3000 grit. - The surface to be treated must be clean and free of dust (sand first if necessary); use Novatio Multifoam for this. - Remove any traces of wax and degrease with Novatio Safety Clean. - Use a sheep's wool pad. Apply sufficient Novatio Plexicare to the surface to be treated, never to the woollen pad. Start the polishing machine at very low speed and stay at this low speed. Use a 90° crossing movement to avoid overhearing on synthetic surfaces.

- Continue working with this movement until the desired uniform result has been achieved. - When Novatio Plexicare has had its effect, increase the speed to clean the surface. A second clean results in a deeper shine. It is important to not overheat the surface, so do not stay in one place for a too long time. - Allow Novatio Plexicare to dry for several minutes and remove residues with a microfibre cloth. - Use Novatio Plexisealant for a protective finish.
