CLEAR LUBE-S protects against corrosion by forming a thin polymer film layer, although it still penetrates deeply into the objects being lubricated. FLB General information FOOD LUBE HT is a white metalfree high temperature lubricating and mounting paste with USDA-H1 approval. FOOD LUBE HT was specially developed as a lubricating and mounting paste for machines in the food production and processing and in the pharmaceutical industry. In a normal temperature range FOOD LUBE HT offers an excellent corrosion protection and a good water resistance. The coefficient of friction according to 'Tannert' amounts up to 300 N at approx. 0.1.
FOOD LUBE HT adheres very well to metals. In case of a higher temperature charge during a longer period, only the solid lubricants remain active. Under dry condition FOOD LUBE HT can be used up to maximum 1200°C. FOOD LUBE HT is also available in a spray can and is a thin liquid with an extremely high shrinkage capacity.
