Liaising with suppliers to develop productions, i.e. managing the process from price negotiations, through sample order placement and production, Working with two types of productions: Slow Fashion with foreign suppliers ( including China, India , Bangladesh , Romania ) Last minute / MUST HAVE Turkish production in response to competitors' most recent arrivals, Polish production including: Dealing with textile suppliers and ordering necessary materials, Being in control of redirection of ordered materials to factories, Responsible of product developments process and controlling of production, Working in close relationship with technologist, i.e Approving models (including prints) from sampling to production, Analysing sales: identify best and worst sellers and react appropriately, liaising with Merchandiser to ensure repeats are placed and suppliers chased, Arranging the collections according on overall range structure within constraints of department budget, Managing data and reporting on KPI`s, Preparing Competitive Shopping for other countries competitors (including UK, Italy, Germany, Denmark, France) Travelling to factories in Turkey, China, India for controlling of production and price negotiation, DESIGN RESPONSIBILITIES
