The amazon sync logo consists of the same two colours, the white logo must only be used on the pale turquoise background.

Do not unnaturally edit or change the photography. The brand logo should always be present on the photography, unless used on the website or app.


tone-of-voice

Always speak to the customer in a friendly respectful manner. Sync has a zero tolerance towards racism, sexism, homophobia and any other forms of discrimination. We are accepting and believe in transparency.


Feel free to use emojis when interactive with the customer.

Write your name at the end of a message to add personality – customers don’t like to feel as if they are speaking to a faceless person.
