The basement level is a hyperloop that connects the blocks of the city and the logistics are passed through. Commercial facilities exist along with green space on the lower floors. The middle class is a workaholic element. There are industrial and business facilities. In the meantime, cultural and leisure facilities are planned. A park will be created in the buffer zone. Tall buildings provide space to breathe. Residential and leisure facilities are planned on the upper floors. All of our lifestyles exist in the infrastructure.

Community centers are no longer just for public affairs. With smartization, we no longer have to go to community centers. If so, what kind of community center will it be? I researched it through programming. And, it was designed to fit the context of Jeongja-dong. There are no columns on the seemingly invisible façade, and it is supported only by walls. This wall rises high into the sky, embodying a beautiful curvature. And the light seeps through the wall.
