I think we need to find new values beyond the modern ones. someone said 'Putting on the experience and perception of those who use it over visual beauty or flow of form'. If so, does form and visual beauty exclude people's experience and perception? I think not at all. In postmodernism that goes beyond modernism, I think that it comes from awareness of materials and space / programming / freedom of form and structure, and I think that this remains as experience and perception.

1. current city*=

Consideration of the value of modernism is neglected, and humans express joy through consumption, public, play, and enjoyment. It is ruled by a utopia. What is the functionalist city of modernism? It means to classify a city into several functions such as leisure, residence, transportation, and work and to divide it efficiently into a broad concept of zoning. Is it a utopia or a dystopia?

3. plannig city*= Since modernization, our city has been developed indiscriminately. As cities expand further, parks are created to restore lost nature, but this is not enough to prevent turbulent climate change. In a limited site, we construct cities and buildings using only a small area, and return to nature. If you want to feel the whole nature, you have to leave the convenient city and go to nature or the countryside outside the city.

*dystpia=utopia? The question may be raised as to whether a building of tyrannical and extreme modernism would be good by dismantling the existing city. A utopia is the beginning of any project, and a dystopia defines a possible solution by exposing and exploiting current problems. In other words, the current plan is both utopian and dystopian. Possess the concepts of production and consumption, sharing and ownership, individuals and groups, and can accommodate modernization and naturalism. As a result, the biggest advantage might mean a kind of all single structure as a society through hyperconnectivity and networks.

There are so many problems in the city. This is probably the main reason for oversaturation of the population. Nevertheless, regardless of architecture, the policy is to accommodate more population. Then the city will never be happy and lively. I want to plan a park where people can freely walk in the city while house prices rise, floating population increases, development, carbon emission, and making the city greener and greener. In downtown Seoul, there are good contents to plan such a park. This is Hanyangdoseong.

The villages located around the capital city are also becoming slums due to aging and have been designated as redevelopment areas. Community centers are no longer just for public affairs. With smartization, we no longer have to go to community centers. If so, what kind of community center will it be? I researched it through programming. And, it was designed to fit the context of Jeongja-dong. There are no columns on the seemingly invisible façade, and it is supported only by walls. This wall rises high into the sky, embodying a beautiful curvature. And the light seeps through the wall.

*computation computational architecture. The structure and organization of a given computing device (the way in which it handles memory, the organization of date, the set of primitive instructions it executes, and the ordering of instruction application or execution) define a device's computational architecture. The architecture created through this creates a space through a structure that we have never experienced.

*irregularity 45,000

In general, the buildings are r e g u l a r . M o d e r n v a l u e s are comfortable, receptive, and efficient. Efficiency makes work easy and comfortable. Conversely, irregularity is inconvenient, inefficient, and counterproductive. Irregular planes and cross-sections may bring us discomfort. However, it brings dynamism and liveliness, and finds an accidental appearance in the building. This sense of space provides an experience that has never been experienced before.

*curvature wall

#1 perspective view / rhino,enscape, photoshop

The curvature is beautiful. From ancient mythology, it is said that the most beautiful thing in the world is the curvature that occurs in nature. It is still difficult to implement in architecture. Voronoi comes from nature. Architectural painting through Voronoi. The curvature of heavy concrete is heavy and slowly approaching.

2d work was done by connecting the surrounding context and city lines. And 3D was made through the lines from 2D. The three-dimensionalized tetrahedron is converted into 2D again, and then the three-dimensionalized again. This phenomenologically produced scalpel is an art center for students to use. Through an iterative scalpel process, the spaces created based on experiencing the pain of art students embody empathy and sublimate the building itself as art.

*art & education what is art? what is education?? and how to educate art?? How to educate art? It has no answer. Art is expressed in the reflection and philosophy of an individual. Education can only help you reach its full potential. This community exhibition space is designed for such arts and education. Through exhibitions and discussions, or through encounters with students from different fields of art (architecture, painting, acting, sculpture, media, music, design, etc.), we become inspirations and examples.

**phenomenology2

PORTFOLIO_experimental architecture

In other words, it is a study that studies how one feels about an object as it is, breaking away from existing stereotypes. Therefore, it can be said that the subjective aspect is strong, but it can be said that it is objective in that it grasps the common form of the subjective description. Because each person has their own world, there is an advantage of being able to say tens of thousands of phenomenology. This philosophy was applied directly to the space.

It is said that M.I.T has corridors where many students can meet and take classes with students from other majors. Students can not only study on their own, but also directly or indirectly meet and communicate with many people to bring better education, creativity, and inspiration. I hope that this space will be a facility where students can help each other and communicate.

If architecture is composed of materials, and if the mind is to dominate the concrete results in the matter of materials, he says that the results can be different as the values and thinking of the architects are diverse. Among the physical properties, in the process of physically separating and reconstructing the elements constituting the space with respect to the non-material properties, the material of the wall itself removes the structural role from the traditional meaning in the process of reconstructing the space as an abstract skin. changed into existence

*parking lot prolblem One of the city's problems is parking. As the city expanded, we needed mobility. At the same time, as the influx of people into the city increases, the problem of parking in residential areas is growing. Currently, the village of Geumcheon-gu also has a problem. Plan for the solution of parking space in the village. Investigate the town's cars and structures. One assumption is that there will be more and more autonomous vehicles in the future.

Building a parking tower in an empty vacant lot and taking inspiration from flower pots on the site, the existing road is planned as a green park.

With autonomous driving, you no longer have to park your car in front of your house. When we call, a car appears anytime, anywhere. The inconvenient roadside parking in front of my house will disappear and the car will be in a certain parking lot. Then the driveway will be minimized, and there will be a space for humans.
