ECSSA AGM and New Board of Directors
The 2011 ECSSA Conference was the second South African conference devoted to pre足hospital emergency care, but the first to be held under the auspices of ECSSA. It represented an important opportunity for local emergency care workers to update, discuss and reflect upon the current state of the profession, and the way forward.
"What is arguably needed today is a new guiding principle or doctrine coupled with a new concept of operation that takes into account demographic change, a professionalised more capable paramedic workforce and the hard realities of economics"
