DELAY TIME DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE CONTROL SHD series of delay differential pressure control is a protection controller, which can effectively protect the compressor oil pressure and always maintain a high-pressure state to avoid the damage of the compressor crankshaft due to the oil shortage; lf the oil pressure does not reach the set value within the set time, the controller will immediately cut off the power and stop compressor.

1. Cut the hose using proper shears,automatic or manual cutters.The cut must be per fectly square and smooth. 2. Insert the sleeve on the hose with the groove towards the hose side to be assembled 3. Insert the nut onto the hose. 4. Push the insert inside the hose 5. Make the nut slide onto the external part of the insert(flare) and push the sleeve till it covers the bottom of the free insert. 6. Assemble the hose by positioning manual pliers on the sleeve covering its whole surface. Crimp till hand pliers poen automatically.A second crimping is useful to obtain a safer assembling.

Oil filters are of excellent capacity of filtration to insure the limited clean oil (pure POE oil, mineral oil and alkyl benzene oil) into compressor repeatedly. The pure oil could ensure the daily operation of oil level control. as well as reducing the damage of compressor. SUCTION LINE ACCUMULATOR

In a refrigeration cycle, the refrigerant must be completely vaporized before returning to the compressor. Therefore, the gaseous and liquid refrigerant must be separated before the refrigerant enter the compressor, which will protect the compressor from the liquid hit/ slugging. And the liquid refrigerant will be stored in the accumulator. To make the liquid refrigerant return to the compressor, it will flow through the orifice at the bottom of U shape tube in the accumulator and return to the compressor together with the vapor. With the protection of accumulator, the compressor will have a longer working life and the system can run better.

HEAT EXCHANGER ACCUMULATOR SH heat exchanger suction acumulator has strong construction. It can prevent the lose of refrigerating capacity well.In the cooling system,it is separated high pressure and low pressure about the refrigerant flowing pipeline. The refrigerant which is higher temperature in the high pressure pipeline would be cooled via the condenser, but the regrigerant which is lower temperature via the evaporator would be separated gas and liquid in the suction line accumulator. the liquid refrigerant would be evaporated into full gaseity by the heat and enter into the compressor. it prevent slugging the compressor by liguid refrigerant, so that the lifetime of the compressor is longer.

MECHANICAL OIL LEVEL REGULATOR

Mechanical oil level regulator is to control oiI level in the compressor crankcase to protect the compressor. Mechanical oil level regulators are used in low pressure oiI management system.They are designed for use with reciprocating compressors, but not recommended for scroll compressors.

Features • Proven needle valve design • Stainless steeI float ball • Special mounting flange allows direct fitting to standard compressors • VisuaI indication of oil level via large sight glass • Allowable working pressure: 0 MPa ~ 3.1MPa • Allowable working temperature: 0ºC~ 100ºC

How it works Oil fed to oil level regulator by inlet connection, an internal needle valve either allows or shuts off an oil supply to the regulator. An internal ball float controls the position of the needle valve. During the compressor operation, the crankcase oil level reduces and a reduction in oil level activates the regulator, which ensures the correct crankcase oil Ievel is achieved and maintained. Adjuslable mechanical oil level regulator has in- built mechanism that allows the ball float to be adjustable: up or down. Some regulator models are fitted with an equalization connection which enable the oil levels between several compressors to be balanced.

OIL RECEIVER The oil receiver is the container of spare oil which has sight glass ports to observe the oil level in the device. The valve on the top of it gets oil from oil separator. The valve on the bottom of it can distribute the oil to oil regulator.There is a 1/4 inch threaded connection on the side of valve to increase or decrease spare oil.High pressure gas returns with the oil from the oil separator to it. The pressure would cause negative effects to oil controller.To prevent this phenomenon,a vent line is installed from the top of the oil receiver to suction line. This line permits the pressure in the oil receiver to be approximately same as suction line and compressor crankcase
