Beguile Museum, Kolhapur
The thing that a modern structure is placed beside the old and traditional town hall itself beguiles people to pay a visit. It is a modern form if building placed beside an old and tradition type of structure, this fact is inspired by the Louvre Museum. The front facade is facing the north direction gaining all the north light and creating a pleasing facade.

Spruce Farmhouse, Gaganbavda Eclectic style is used. It is all about coming together of different styles, juxtaposing textures & contrasting colours to create a cohesive room. Cream white as a neutral hue & Teal as an accent colour is used. Simply painted walls. It pops up against the white mouldings & light floors. The furniture is kept minimal as it gives us the freedom we are expecting from a farmhouse. Slanted walls are provided to acheive the view and avoid the hard sunrays.

Mahalo restaurant, Jotiba Hills
Mahalo is used to express gratitude. Wadi Ratnagiri in the place where people come to show their gratitude and worship towards Jyotiba. Tropical interior design style is used for the restaurant. Some confuse the term tropical architecture with a specific design style. Actually, tropical architectures is all about achieving thermal energy comfort through the usage of passive design components like sunshades, cavity walls, light shelves, overhangs, roof and wall insulation and even shading from large trees to block the sun. It may seem very conventional, ultramodern or even high-tech. The fusion of trendy & timeless tropical interior design style is maneuvered. The style is characterized by warm and soothing, colors drawn mostly from natural elements such as the sea, sky, and vegetation. Main attraction is Jyotiba Temple which is a holy site of Hinduism near Wadi Ratnagiri in Kolhapur district of Maharashtra state. Devotees come from different places with different economical backgrounds. The main approach is to create a balanced environment to all.
