National Talent Program
The Creation of the Program • The future of Hungary lies in the present children and young people, the young talents. • The Government's objectives include finding and helping young people with capacity of outstanding performance to nurture their talent and make the most of it.
The Creation of the Program • National Talent Program – between 2008 and 2028 • National Assembly – consensus between political parties • Comprehensive economic, improvement and human development program
Strategic Objectives • The strategic objectives of the National Talent Program are: ✓ finding talented young people; ✓ continuous support of talented young people and ✓ the utilisation of talent. The objectives of the program executed with the implementation of two-year action programs.

National Talent Coordination Forum Legal basis The Government established the National Talent Coordination Forum in 2009 as an advisory, decision-making, coordinating and evaluation body.
Working form The Forum meets as required but at least twice a year.
The Task Monitoring the implementation of NTP, proposing measures under the two-year action programs and proposals to be issued annually on the basis of the measures. .

Financial Resources •
The implementation of the measures aimed at achieving the goals set by the National Talent Program has been funded by the National Talent Fund since 2009.

The funds available in the domestic budget are based on the 1% tax offer, which the Government has supplemented each year since 2015.
•
In addition to the domestic resources, the development resources of the European Union Operational Programs ensure the realisation of the Program.
While in 2009 EUR 1,4 million was available to support talent management programs, in 2019, this amount is more than EUR 10,5 million, thanks to the Government supplement.
