The idea behind the zoning is to have easy and proper circulation for people. Design Proposal for a 150 bed Multispeciality Hospital which includes specalities such as Generalmedicine,Orthopaediac,Gynaecology, Pediatrics, Dental, Dermatology, Radiology, other Diagnostics, General wards, Private Wards and Suits, ICUS, NICUS, OTS, Emergency wing. Location - Shirur Park, Hubballi, Karnataka. Site Area - 1.6 Acres

The Site is situated on an estuary of Udyavara River and Arabian Sea. Design Proposal for a 400 families catering 700-800 people of community. The design includes STUDIO 75 - 100sqm - Nos : 25 3BHK 200-275sqm - Nos : 125 4BHK 250 - 350sqm - Nos : 250 Location - Kidiyoor, Udupi, karnataka, India Site Area - 10.6 Acres The design aims to create buildings responsive to the surrounding and environment.Reducing the footprint of the buildings so that more green spaces and interactive spaces, are achieved and all the facilities to provided inside is the main focus here. Developing the river edge is also important here, stepped seating, walkway is created so that people can come relax and experience the scenic view of the sea and river. And all the units of housing are provided with the view either of river or sea.
