FOURTH YEAR - OVERLOOK CASINO The Casinos are prominent business in Biloxi built around the coast line creating a barrier around the community. Most casino’s often have no connection to the community and are a black box that gives the user no sense of time. Using existing brown field site located at end of Lee st. The overlook pavilion is designed to draw the community to water front and allow access to it for recreational use by taking advantage of existing docks and creating new one. The program is suspend above the site, allowing the user to have 360 view of the site and gives the casino user a sense of time. In addition to the view the program being above the site allows for outdoor space for community below where amphitheater and docks could be used for the local festival like the Sea food festival. The site is connected by paths that allows you to explore the site, and gives areas to sit in and gaze at specific views.
