BEST ANIMAL RESCUE/SHELTER

When dogs and cats need a little help, PALS Haven is there to assist. The 501c3 nonprofit and no-kill shelter was founded in 2004 to help place animals into their forever homes and give them a second chance at life. With a newer, larger facility to house strays and abandoned pets, PALS is doing a lot of good in the local pet community. Other places to find your next furry friend? Animal Friends Connection Humane Society in Lodi has dogs and cats available and City of Stockton Animal Services offers adoptions at the facility and at off-site events. 5113 W.
