design an G+2 floored multi-family apartment for his north facing 240 Sq. yards plot in West Bengal (India) which is functional, vastu compliant and contemporary design along with decent sized commercial space at ground level. ⊲⊲ 1BHK unit, parking for 4 cars and commercial
space at ground floor and 3BHK unit at upper levels is proposed with separate entry for commercial and residential units. Whole spatial planning is done as per the vastu principles along with the northern open spaces to major spaces and privacy of the occupants in mind.

Considering the increasing earthquake occurrence in the country, it is realized that there is a need that innovative architectural design should be enhanced by careful attention to detailing, selection and specification of compatible materials and related component systems designed for better earthquake resistance. ⊲⊲ Interstate bus terminal is a public building with
maximum occupancy during both day and night time. ⊲⊲ Gurugram is one of the fastest growing cities
and urban areas in India and so with the increase in urbanization there is an increased demand for transport facilities. 78
