PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Prolifoss was specially developed for the maintenance and bacterial reactivation of septic tanks and small sewage treatment plants. It is also suitable for the maintenance of caravan and chemical toilets that cannot be treated with standard chemical toilet fluids. Prolifoss consists of a balanced mixture of enzymes and bacteria. It is used for liquefying and breaking down faeces, cellulose, paper as well as protein-based and organic waste materials. Prolifoss creates a stable bacterial flora in the treated system and ensures smooth operation in the septic system.

PROBLEMS WITH SEPTIC TANKS & SMALL SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS
Package size: 1kg can (powder) Shelf life: 2 years
An irregular supply, disturbances in the aeration or an increased infeed of chemical household products (acids, biocides, antibiotics, detergents, and Javel water, etc.) can adversely affect the bacterial balance. The formation of excessive sludge and foam can lead to blockages and impair proper functioning. Increased anaerobic putrefaction produces large quantities of foul-smelling gases.
Prolifoss: How it works: Enzymes break down the long molecular chains of the organic material. The decomposition products are now broken down by the microorganisms into gas (methane, CO2) and water. The septic tank's contents are liquefied, homogenised and the volume is substantially reduced.
Organic contaminants in water.
Enzymes break down the molecular chains of the contaminants.
The bioavailability increases.

RESULT WITH THE USE OF PROLIFOSS
Description:
The volumes of sludge, foam and the floating layer are substantially reduced, which optimises the flow and enables smooth operation. The emptying intervals for the sludge are reduced to a minimum. Ideally, they are even eliminated altogether.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Start-up and reactivation Add 40g of Prolifoss per m³ of content each day for one week. (Rule of thumb: 1 m³ for every 4–6 people). The powder is dissolved in lukewarm water (max. 35°C), mixed, then either emptied into the toilet bowl and flushed down, or emptied directly into the faeces tank. This treatment must be carried out every day for a week, preferably as the last activity in the evening, so that the product has time to develop its full effect. The enclosed measuring spoon can hold 25 g of powder.
Maintenance treatment Regularly add 10g of Prolifoss per m³ of content every 2–3 weeks. The dosage of Prolifoss should be gradually increased for large quantities of waste water. We recommend carrying out maintenance treatments with smaller doses at regular intervals. The procedure is the same as for reactivation. For larger systems, a timer-controlled dosing pump can also be used

USE IN CHEMICAL TOILETS Unlike chemical toilet additives, Prolifoss does not contain any biocidal substances. This makes it possible to use it even in situations where the disposal of toilet cassettes treated in this manner is prohibited. The powerful effect of the proliferation enzymes against cellulose makes it possible to use standard 1-layer toilet paper instead of special paper, provided that the exposure time is long enough. A toilet cassette treated with Prolifoss can then be easily disposed of in any farm septic tank in addition to the usual disposal facilities. Since Prolifoss does not contain any biocides, it does not completely prevent gas development as such. Prolifoss therefore works best with toilet systems that have an external ventilation system. Or they must have a cassette ventilation retrofit kit (e.g. SOG ventilation). Toilets equipped with this function give off no unpleasant odours during operation.
