Duravit legt bei der Entwicklung und Fertigung größten Wert auf äußerste Präzision und Nachhaltigkeit. Wir sind von der Qualität unserer Produkte so überzeugt, dass wir ab sofort eine lebenslange Garantie auf unsere Keramiken* bieten. Der Endkunde kann seine Duravit Keramik ganz einfach bis 3 Monate nach dem Kauf online unter www.duravit.de/lifetimewarranty registrieren und erhält ein persönliches Zertifikat. Sollte ein Material-, Herstellungs- oder Konstruktionsfehler entdeckt werden, kann der Anspruch bei dem Händler geltend gemacht werden, bei dem die Keramik gekauft wurde. Duravit trägt im Garantiefall die Kosten für den Ein- und Ausbau des betroffenen Produkts.

In its development and production, Duravit attaches great importance to extreme precision and sustainability. We are so convinced of the quality of our products that we are now offering a lifetime warranty on our ceramics*. End customers can easily register their Duravit ceramics up to 3 months after purchase online at www.duravit.com/lifetimewarranty and receive a personal certificate. If a material, manufacturing or construction defect is discovered, the claim may be filed with the dealer from whom the ceramic was purchased. In the event of a warranty claim, Duravit will bear the cost of installing and removing the affected product.

Estamos tan convencidos de la calidad de nuestros artículos que comenzamos a ofrecer desde ahora una garantía de por vida para nuestras cerámicas*. El cliente final puede registrar su cerámica Duravit muy fácilmente hasta tres meses después de la compra en www.duravit.es/lifetimewarranty y recibir un certificado personalizado. Si se detecta un defecto de material o fabricación puede realizarse una reclamación a través del distribuidor al que se compró la cerámica. En caso de reclamación de garantía, Duravit correrá con los gastos de instalación y retirada del producto afectado.
