Best Face Forward

Go with the Glow

Get on the books for a result-oriented facial treatment, such as one of the following.

HYDRAFACIAL™ — HydraFacial™️ is a multi-step treatment that kills bacteria and infuses rich hydrating properties, antioxidants, and peptides. It lightens pigment, boosts hydration and stimulates fibroblast activity—leaving your skin fresh, supple, and glowing.

OXYGEN TREATMENT — Medical grade oxygen enhanced with 87 trace minerals and vitamins heals, nourishes, and diminishes fine lines. You can incorporate oxygen into a facial or get an oxygen treatment a la carte for a quick pick me up after those late night celebrations.

MICRO-CURRENT — This non-invasive, computerized skin rejuvenation treatment tones, firms, reduces inflammation, and stimulates fibroblast secretion of collagen and elastin, which supports skin structure. It leaves your skin firmer and with better blood supply to tissue—giving you a radiant complexion.

Sleeping Beauty

Literally! Sleep gives your mind and body time to restore, renew, and shed toxins through breathing and the skin. When your body is at a restful state you have more oxygen flow in the tissue, therefore better absorption of your nighttime regime. Nowadays there are a variety of natural remedies for a restful sleep.

Water

Increase alkaline water intake if you are taking cold and allergy medication or drinking coffee, tea, or alcoholic beverages.

Vitamins

I suggest taking vitamin B complex in the morning with food and before drinking alcoholic beverages. This will help with clarity, combatting the effects of that third cocktail. Vitamin B complex, includes B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), folic acid, B6, and B12. B12 plays a key role in the functioning of the brain and nervous system. Also take vitamin C for your immune system, which can get run down this time of year.

Lash Lift

The natural way to beautiful lashes, a lash lift gives the appearance of longer and fuller lashes. Cushioned silicon pads lift the lashes up from the root, using keratin to set, lift, and condition the lashes. It is truly amazing and lasts about eight weeks.

Make up

Here are a few winter makeup tips to add to your bag of tricks.

▪ Switch to a mineral liquid foundation during the winter as powders can be drying.

▪ Applying serums under foundation is vital during colder weather.

▪ Go for earth-inspired tones and metallic hues; gold shimmer enhances color. Cailyn O! Wow and O! Circle brushes are must-haves.

▪ Make your eyes pop with copper eye shadows and our old faithful smokey eye.

▪After applying cherry red, wine or one of your darker lipsticks, add a touch of clear gloss on the center of your bottom lip.

▪ Outline your lips with a lip pencil one or two shades darker, then use a natural lip color. Do a little smudging up towards the edges of the lips, then add a gloss that matches you lip color.

▪ Even though we have cooler days in the winter, you still need to use SPF minimum 30 physical block. *
