Yes you can! You can make changes or additions to your order up to APRIL 13, 2018. (A few weeks before final payment date.)

How do I pay for my order? • Pre-Authorized Debit (Easiest!) • Telephone/Internet Banking • Cheques/Money Orders Pre-Authorized debit payments are the most convenient option. You pick the payment schedule, and start date. Your total order amount is divided by the number of payments between the time you place your order and the final payment date of MAY 4, 2018. If you choose to pay by methods other than Pre-Authorized payments, it is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your payment according to your payment schedule to avoid having your order reduced or cancelled.

What is your refund policy?

We have a NO REFUND policy after the first 15 days. We can work with you to adjust your order and payments to make things easier. We do understand that special circumstances do arise from time to time. If you call us, we can try and come up with a solution. If you need to cancel an order, we will help pick out a Basket for the amount you have already paid. For example if you have paid $250 towards an $800 order, we will help you find a Basket worth $250 and deliver that instead.

When do I get my order?

Nothing is easier than our customers using email and our website for online orders. The less catalogues and letters we mail, the more trees that are saved. When we can reduce our costs, you end up saving in the end. By providing your email, you will receive regular account updates and the latest news, contests and recipes!

All orders will be delivered June 2018 ! Two months prior to delivery, we will ask you to confirm your order and delivery address. A few weeks before delivery you will get a Delivery Advice letter letting you know the exact day we are coming. Please make sure someone is home to receive it on that day. Delivery dates are not given until final payment is received.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRE-AUTHORIZED DEBIT AGREEMENT

By signing this order form, you acknowledge that this Pre-Authorization is provided for the benefit of Santas Choice and your financial institution and is provided in consideration of your financial institution agreeing to process debits against your account in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Payments Association. You warrant and guarantee that all persons whose signatures are required to sign this account have signed this agreement on the front of this order form. You hereby authorize Santas Choice to draw on your account detailed on the front of this order form with your financial institution for the purposes of paying for your Santas Choice order and your participation in the HeadStart Plan. The amount and cycle of the payments are detailed on the front of the order form. This authorization may be cancelled at any time upon notice by you. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

PAYMENTS AND ADJUSTMENTS

By signing this order form, you acknowledge that all your payments before May 2, 2018 will be held by Santas Choice as non-refundable deposits, and at such time Santas Choice will apply the non refundable deposits against the purchase price of your order. If, at that time, your order is not fully paid, you hereby authorize Santas Choice to adjust your order to substitute your selected Basket with a Basket having a value (inclusive of all taxes, delivery, administrative charges, etc.) determined by Santas Choice to be equal to the amount paid. If you have elected to participate in the HeadStart Plan, you hereby acknowledge that Santas Choice may continue to draw on your account after May 5, 2017 to pay for your participation in that program as non‑refundable deposits toward future orders.

AUTO RENEWAL HEADSTART PLAN

Your direct debit payments will continue until your order is fully paid for (no later than May 4, 2018). After May 4, 2018 a HeadStart Plan may be created for you and direct debit payments will continue accordingly. A HeadStart Plan allows you to make payments towards next year’s order, while giving you time to decide exactly which products you want. We will write to you to confirm your HeadStart Plan payments prior to commencing your direct debits. Auto Renewal HeadStart Plans are fully refundable at no cost to you should you wish to stop it within the first 2 months.

CREDIT BALANCE

We reserve the right to deduct a $5 monthly administration fee from any credit balance on an inactive account.

HOW MANY PAYMENTS ARE LEFT?

You may cancel this agreement from the day you enter the agreement until 15 days thereafter (Cooling Off Period). You do not need a reason to cancel during this period. If you do not receive your Baskets within 30 days of the delivery date on your delivery advice letter, you may cancel this agreement within one year of the contract date. You lose that right if you accept delivery after the 30 days. There may be other grounds for extended cancellation required by law in your province. For more information, you may contact your provincial/territorial consumer affairs office. If you cancel this agreement on any of the grounds set out above, Santas Choice will refund your money in 15 days. How to Cancel: You must give notice of cancellation to Santas Choice, email: penny@santaschoice.ca, fax: 1.877.323.3983 or by mail: P.O. Box 128 STN LCD 1, Burlington, ON L7R 3X8. You must give notice by a method of cancellation that will allow you to prove that you gave notice, including registered mail, fax, email or personal delivery. Santas Choice No Refund policy takes effect 15 days (cooling off period) after you place your order. After the Cooling Off Period, upon approval by Santas Choice, at Santas Choice’s sole discretion, Santas Choice will charge you an administration cancellation fee as follows: • 15 days after the order date: 25% of monies paid at the cancellation date (up to a maximum fee of $100) • Cancel within 15 days (Cooling Off Period) of the order date: Santas Choice will issue a full refund
