Architectes Arles, France 2020
During my time in Paris I had the opportunity to work designing and drawing a reform in the historical center of Arles. Under the direction of Dominique Marrec and Emmanuel Combarel, the reform of the four store building had the aim to integrate each floor with a main stairecase and adding a terrasse in the roof. the difficulty that this project had, was that each space had its own height, in order to integrate and understand the project it had to be drawn with high precision. As a ludic exercise and to creat a proper presentation for the clients, we decided to build the west facade with a collage, adapting each piece of photos taken by Mr Emmanuel to the real facade.

3 MultiComfort Students Contest Milan Italy 2019 This project was made with a team of UPV master students. Multicomfort contest took place in Crescenzano. a peripherical district of Milano. The program consisted in housing and offices with a inclusive circulation to all users. To attract visitors and avoid having residual spaces, the project creats a ludic core connecting the public and semipublic areas, with a helicoid ramp, all users can acces to every corner fo the compex. The housing was diversify in groups, designing three typologies of dwellings. In order to create an independent acces (despite the density of housing required )the complex works as independent blocks connecting through bridges in a ludic and functional complex.

4 San Pedro Central Market Cusco-Peru 2014 The San Pedro Mercado has a great contrast of use, the organic use vs the rigid geometry of the building. This dichotomy needs to be understood and redesign for the user. Henri Lefebvre, in his book Introduction to Modernity, explains this dichotomy in modern times, and there is an interesting analogy related to this: “the image of the seashell. A living creature has slowly secreted a structure; take this living creature in isolation, separated it from the form it has given itself according to the laws of species, and you are left with something soft, slimy and shapless; what can it possible have in commun with this delicate structure. The link of this animal and its shell is precisely what one must try to understand”.

5 Metaphysic Box 2011 the following project was my very first architecture creation, the project consist of a gallery for Jorge de Oteiza, the spanish sculptur is known for his metaphysic boxes, in which he explores the interaction between geometry, light, space & the subjective experience of a promenade. By analyzing the metaphysic boxes of Spanish sculptor Jorge de Oteiza the project consisted in create a gallery for his works. Using Oteiza’s concepts; movement, tension, transparency & gemoetry. the sculpture becomes an architecture box . this first excercise had the aim to learn the modern concept of space & time and to learn to materilized an abstract idea in a concret project.
