At every step, all the way through to final installation, your bar coded inventory is scanned to location and matched to packing slips, bills of lading and Pos. DELIVERY To ensure accuracy and control, each bar-code is scanned out of the warehouse and onto the delivery vehicle. Upon unloading at the job site, each piece is again scanned to its final destination and the driver prints a receipt using a portable printer. On the spot, our system allows for accurate easy-to-read delivery counts.

Thuraya Turnkey Projects will be working as a Procurement agent for the owner & operator in sourcing of FF&E and OS&E for the Project. Our scope and responsibilities are following:
• Complete understanding and study of the Project with the Operator & Analyzing their requirements. • Preliminary budget and final budget creation, analysis and presentation. • Product Quantity Analysis and suggestions • Mock up rooms arrangements • Project supervision by our dedicated Supervisors and Project Managers as per agreement. • Procurement of OS&E & FF&E considering budget and product requirements. • Generating Purchase Order after approvals from owners & operators. • Handling Invoicing procedure • Analysis on Budget Utilization against each package. • Sourcing, Contracting and Management of the Logistics provider • Handling and managing deliveries on site. • Reporting to the Owners as per agreement periods. • Project Closeout Documentation. Thuraya Fees Structure
Consulting Fees THURAYA is delighted to submit its service proposal to ______________________ for _________________________. The fees structure is based on service detailed in proposal and their time duration. The proposal is valid for 6 months period. Service Fee: 1. OS&E Services 2. FF&E Services 3. Full Time On-Site Installation Supervision/Month
A. Expected for a period of 2 Months Housing, Meals, Travel and
Transportation will be additional and billed at cost.
B. We will require client assistance with visa approval and locating accom
modation in order to ensure that we are paying an appropriate rental fee.
