CUSTOM MADE FURNITURE We can help you to create personalized bespoke furniture for your company, your office and even your home turning you vision into reality. Our clients come to us because they are unable to find the quality or concept that they are looking for from regular furniture showrooms. We have the ability to match existing furniture designs as well as creating bespoke pieces using carefully selected fabrics and materials manufactured to specific designs and sizes. UIS will work closely with you to develop your interior design ideas, we will provide material samples and generate 3D perspectives, and this will then be taken forward and used to produce working drawings and finally the finished pieces.

FIT-OUT AND REFURBISHMENT We offer a variety of fully integrated contracting services encompassing all aspects of interior fit-out and office refurbishment. Because each building, project and client has its own unique needs and characteristics, we use a variety of methods to fit-out a building. There are accepted definitions of the type of fit-out options available and while it's useful to know what each means in general terms, there's no hard and fast rules about how any specific project should be completed. That’s why it is so important to work with a partner who understands not only how each option works, but how it can be adapted and applied to you. We are flexible in our approach so whether you favor a traditional tender response, a negotiated maximum price bid or just want to appoint us on a design and build basis, we have the skills and resources to respond
STATE-OF-THE-ART SERVICE Our production facilities has the state-of-the-art technologies such as the CNC Routers, Laser cutters, Rapid prototyping, 3D camera & imaging and allied equipment’s that have been acquired from leading World class manufacturers. Our manpower is carefully selected and are trained to perform creative designs, CAD/CAM concepts and produce end products that are un-parallel in its class and quality. We have the capability to create intricate detailed carved designs and patterns that are not possible with conventional hand carving techniques. We are able to produce time and time again superior quality work without the restraints of traditional carvings in a vastly reduce time scale. This is has been made possible by years of experience and investment in modern production methods.

Interior Flavour Customized Contract 3D Perspective
Consult with the client to ensure their requirements are translated fully into the design. Tailor the contract to suit the client’s needs taking into account the design and project complexity. Having gathered all of the basic requirements and the clients vision we combine these to create a realistic 3D perspective, giving an insight of the final look.
Material and Finishes
Assist the client in the selection of materials, colour schemes and finishes, ensuring that they suit the client’s budget but also provide the look and the feel that the client has envisioned.
Official Agreement Work Executinon
Once the client is satisfied with of the all designs and materials the contract is signed. Using the clients approved specification the fit out and production will commence as per the agreed program of works.
Hand Over
On satisfactory completion the space will be handed over to the client.
