To make proper usage of vacant land in A city where this type of project is A need. Implication of a proper marketing strategy to ensure good returns without compromising the visitors interest. The center of attraction in my project is the iconic tower which I ensure to be followed by the visitors by maintaining a proper view from every point on the pathway. One will have different perspective views.
