OBJECTIVE  To Create A Place For The Peoples To Entertain.  They Are Generally Compared To Shopping Malls In Almost Every Respect But Scale.  The Facilities Envisaged To Be Provided To The Visitors Are Retail Stores, Theme/Amusement Parks, Restaurants, Exhibition Area Etc.

CONCEPT

 To make proper usage of vacant land in A city where this type of project is A need.  Implication of a proper marketing strategy to ensure good returns without compromising the visitors interest.  The center of attraction in my project is the iconic tower which I ensure to be followed by the visitors by maintaining a proper view from every point on the pathway.  One will have different perspective views.

 Site Area – 52 acres  Park Capacity – 5000 People As 25sq.M Per Person Area (From The Case Studies)  Parking – 30% Area Of Total Site Area  Park Has Proper Balance Between Active Areas And Passive Areas  There Are Two Main Entries And Four Service Entries  Basic Public Facilities Like Toilet, Drinking Water, First Aid, Security Rooms, Sitting Etc Are Provided At Adequate Distances.
