Community Center is a meeting place used by all members of a community for social, cultural or recreational purposes Concept is derived from an Arabic word (Athar) because it relates both of two functions that included in this community center based on users' preference which is artistic activities (Arabic literature and painting). Athar means something you take it from old generation such as Arabic literature and it is also means something has your identity and you leave it behind you such as paintings.
