Message from LCP 14.15 6 months have passed since I became LCP for my beloved local committee and this role is still surprising and challenging me every single day. A journey of self discovery and development far beyond what I expected when I was filling this application around a year ago.
It is not going to be easy, and it’s not going to be what you expect, I’ve always been describing it as a rollercoaster with all it’s ups and downs. You’ll discover how amazing you are and you’ll also go through days where you start doubting yourself being the right person to lead this entity. As hard as it is I really love this experiences and will be forever grateful for AIESEC.
If I could give you some advices: § Be yourself, your attitude is the reason people will follow and trust you. § Never forget your purpose and belief in what you do. § Only achievements will define your term’s success. So don’t be scared to strive for more
Wish all candidates the best of luck and a great experience.
