Hello! My name is Sarah Beitz, I am an independent Executive Director with Thirty-One Gifts. I never imagined myself in direct sales, 5 years later I’m glad I said why not and give it a shot! The business has only gotten better over the years, and Fall 2018 is going to be incredible!!!! We have more gift ideas, product lines and personalization options then ever before. Thirty-one gifts is so much more than just a bag, literally (wood decor, pillows, and photo gifts, etc.) and figuratively (sisterhood, expriences, confidence, etc.), I love it! I think you would too, but first you have to give it a try‌ My think about information package answers some of the most common questions I get asked, by people considering the business opportunity. How much time does it take?
It depends on how much you Party.... - Traditional home parties takes about 2-3 hours. - Online parties (using social media) is roughly the same but spread out over a few days/nights which we will help train you on. - A catalog/fundraising party is closer to 1-2 hours since all you’re really doing with this style is coaching your hostess, providing materials, and submitting the orders. - You will also want to start an online community/Facebook group to easily communicate with your customers and contacts. Engaging and posting will take only a few minutes each day. (You don’t have to reinvent the wheel, We love to share graphics and ideas.)

How much money can I earn?
New Consultants earn 25% commission, on retail and party orders. Ex) Average Party Sales = $600 Commission = $600 x 25% = $150 Average Party takes 3 hours Average Rate = $150/3hours = $50/hour P.S. Directors make 35% commission. P.S.S. It is never too early to start thinking about leadership, and giving yourself a 10% raise!

What else can I earn? Thirty-one loves to spoil us! We have a signature rewards program called Wishes. Wishes because you can spend your rewards however you’d like. So Dream Big! You can save your rewards up or use them along the way to help build your business. It’s up to you! How much will it cost to get started? $115 for the signature enrolment kit (Includes products & business supplies valued at more than $450) Or $210 for the deluxe enrolment kit (Includes products & business supplies valued at more than $700) Website subscription is $14.95/month Optional but highly recommend as it will allow customers and hostesses to order online. P.S. There is NO inventory to purchase, in fact we do not recommend keeping any stock on hand. It’s just not necessary.

Do I have any sales quotas?
Yes. But it’s super easy. To remain active you must sell $200 every 3 months. If you go inactive you can re-activate anytime up-to 12 months after just by submitting $200 in sales. If you have been inactive for 6-12 months you have the option to re-enrol by purchasing a NEW kit.
