general information customization
We encourage you to change the ink color, paper color, envelope color and size of your holiday card to suit your style. Slight layout changes can be made with most designs to incorporate a photograph. If extensive changes are requested, an additional fee may apply.
proofs
Color proofs will be provided complimentary with each order. Please note that due to variations in computer screen resolutions, the colors as you view them at home may vary from the finished product. Three rounds of changes are included in the purchase price. Additional rounds are $15 per.
die cut shapes
We’re excited to offer several die cut shapes for your holiday cards. Please see “Die Cut Shape” pricing on the matrix to be sure you’re adding the correct amount since this is an additional cost.
computer calligraphy
Haute Papier is delighted to offer its clients computer calligraphy on all projects with envelopes. The charge for computer calligraphy is $2.00 retail per envelope. Any font we offer for any of our lines can be used to address your envelopes. Please let us know you’d like to have Haute Papier address your envelopes when placing your order and we will send you a excel template for use in compiling your list. We will only accept lists in this format. If Computer Calligraphy is ordered with a Rush Order, there is an additional $50 fee.
turnaround time
Under normal circumstances, all letterpress and foil stamp orders are shipped within 10-14 business days of Haute Papier receiving the signed-off on final proof.
holiday cut off date
To have your order ship from Haute Papier by December 16, orders must be approved by December 1st. Rush orders may be possible after December 1st with a fee.
shipping costs
All orders are shipped FedEx Ground at a cost of $12 unless expedited shipping is requested.
