How Can We Help You? We are always bringing new ideas to our clients or helping them see their organisations differently. We do this in a variety of ways so we thought it could help to show you a few of our current clients and what we are working on. In no particular order of importance‌
Private Membership in Belgravia, London For this client we have worked with them to develop the overall vision for the Membership and to organise the basics. This includes: • Database structure • Brand identity • Website development • Communication strategy • Competitions / Promotions • Press • Revenue generation • Partnership development • Marketing Training & Development
Isaacs’ Aircraft A young, up and coming indie pop band is an ideal client for us. We are able to support their marketing and communication strategy and to develop their sponsorship and brand presentation. Whilst they are just starting out, it is clear they have a great future in front of them and our support is in helping them understand their vision and their brand positioning. We are exploring the music world and identifying where they can attract attention with the right marketing activity.
A Global Investment Fund Even ‘Masters of the Universe’ need websites and marketing activities to ensure they get their message across. An unusual project in the way that here ‘less is definitely more’. The Investment Fund is for those ‘in the know’ and so the approach has to be one of restraint and sophistication. We are working with them on creating a website and brand identity.
Marketing Programme for Small Businesses In association with LAPADA we developed a telephone marketing programme for dealers and their staff. A six week telephone based programme that covers the basics of modern day marketing and is an opportunity for people to learn with others in a similar position. This has been a great way to kick-start marketing habits for a group of people who have great opportunities but who lack marketing know-how.
Architects This client, a successful architect practice in London, is repositioning to attract new clients rather than settle for those who come simply through word of mouth. This is a common situation for growing businesses requiring a slight shift in focus. Here, our work is both strategic as well as pragmatic. We envision what the practice will look like and then develop a step-by-step plan towards it. Our skills in marketing, research and mentoring are ideal for this type of organisation and this type of challenge.
Funny Women This client runs an organisation that supports women to develop their funny side including an National Awards Programme. The owner was at a crossroads in her business’ development. She knew she could be successful and had an important role to play but she also knew it was difficult to make it happen. She had temporarily run out of steam. When a longstanding sponsorship came to an end, she worked with us to understand what the next phase of the business might be. We helped her consider her range of options and decide on the best path forward. After this we were there to support her early weeks of redirection. Now she is well on the way to a successful season and has attracted new sponsorships and partnerships.
Brand Licensing Expo Brand Licensing is a European event that attracts the best and the brightest in the licensing world. We have worked with the team over the past few years to connect them with their customers and visitors and to help them stay at the front of the market and bring new initiatives to their audiences year on year.
New Designers The event organising team knew that they had an excellent product, but after over 26 years in the lead, they also knew they had to keep pace with new developments in the market and changes in their customer profiles. We reviewed their strategy and their audience’s needs and recommended a whole host of new opportunities ready for them to reach out towards.
Skills For Care A government department, connected to the Department of Health, needed some different thinking about how citizens can adopt local initiatives aimed at supporting each other more actively. We conducted initial research and undertook a series of activities and communications to see different approaches and how they make work better. This project involved developing locally based community initiatives and communications.
An Intelligence Agency We have a variety of different approaches and skills which we bring to each client. From research, to innovation, to marketing communication to project management. We keep pace with the latest thinking and are connected to a wide range of organisations and individuals which means we can meet your needs in a variety of different ways.
